Has your league activity changed?

I'm asking because it feels like activity is down across all of my dynasty leagues. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how consolidated the first round picks are. In most of my leagues, half or more of the picks are on 1-3 teams (in one league one guy has 7/12 firsts). Curious to see the results.

Its been dead silent in my home league. I cant even get anyone to engage in trade talks, let alone actually make offers.

My leagues are a little bit of everything, I’ve got some that haven’t had any trades or I haven’t received any offers. I’ve got some that have had a few trades and a few that have had a bunch. In two of my leagues, I’ve already made 4 trades in each league. Personally, if I’m in a league that is really dead in the offseason, I usually end up leaving that league at some point. I can’t understand why some people are playing in dynasty leagues if they aren’t at least somewhat engaged.

There’s always dead spots, seems like they last longer this year. My active leagues still have flurries of trades, but two weeks of nothin.

Doesn’t help that combine to nfl draft is historically the slowest time in my leagues

I've seen this as well. 5 of the top 6 picks are owned by three of the top teams in our league. Nobody is coming off of them as of now.

Yes 100%. But that's because I'm in the mortgage industry and we have a corona virus sale on interest rates. So instead of this part of the year being slow as usual, it's the busiest I've ever seen it. So I'm not really spending time in my leagues.

It's close to the same for my leagues, maybe a little down. This is likely due to this being year 20 of me & my core group of friends playing fantasy football. People ride the waves of activity & down time, the same few are active all year round.

In the short term it's down... But I've noticed that over the life of one league it went from slow to a little more active. The other league is always pretty active but it has slowed down recently. However, I expect it to go crazy around the draft

Feb-March is typically a down time for my league. Some are getting ready for fantasy baseball and the others are interested until close to draft time. I'm OK with a little down time.

In one of my leagues one guy owns 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.7, & 1.8. And he’s made it clear he’s not trading any of them so yeah that league has been pretty boring this off-season.

We typically don’t even have our league up because it’s a contract league that actually takes quite a bit of administrative work. However, we are in a similar boat to to others who posted, where one guy has 6 1st rounders and 6 2nd rounders. When the league launches I expect him to make many trades and then for those picks to move around pre-draft and through the slow draft as usual. It’s hard to sit on 12 high picks in one year in our league because most likely many will be on the taxi squad and people will just snipe them.

This is usually a quiet time across my leagues. I expect things will pick up once NFL free agency starts next week, and they'll really ramp up once the draft hits (most of my rookie drafts are within a week or two of the NFL draft).

This the EXACT situation across MOST of my leagues and no one is looking to move them. Definitely makes for a bit less activity.

Leagues changed a bit but still lots of conversation overall just less overall trades with it being a quiet time in the NFL right now
