I was hoping the other top backs would stand a chance against him so I could still get him, but JT is in a class of his own as a prospect

I know this isn't quite a far comparison but it's not THAT far off

Barkley had some better measurables but JT had better college production

Help, I seem to have fallen into the parody version of DLF, can someone link me back to the real forum
Now all we need is a legendarily bad 3-cone and a shirtless combine interview and the cycle can be complete

Or he can be taken at 4.01 on the NFL draft if you prefer that route
Re: Jonathan Taylor is your 1.01 now.
Always was, but it was pretty close with all of the top 5. Barring a major shakeup due to draft capital and landing spots, he's separated himself from the pack now.

I could still see him go after Swift, and maybe CEH and Dobbins, due to their proven ability in the pass game. He may be perceived as a two down back, and what team is out there who wants to spend that high a pick on a (perceived) one dimensional player?
Just playing devils advocate. Taylor is my RB1 but I've seen this argument and don't have a strong rebuttal.

Foodie. Mild sauce goes in the trash. Well done steak goes with it.
Habaneros make the best hot sauce. Throwing a bunch of random stuff on top of fries doesn't mean you call it "poutine".

His 40 pretty much seals the deal IMO.
