Team MN in sig below - mid-rebuild. Taylor fell to 4 so I felt obligated to move up for him. I'm probably losing the trade in value, but with JT often going 1.01/1.02 I feel good about it.

Lamb went 1.02, and the homer pick (Jefferson) went 1.03. I've never sent a trade request so fast...

I don't see TE premium listed in your sig, so I think this is an accept. This is likely the last off-season that Kelce carries significant trade value (31 in OCT), so this is solid value imo. Esp in a 16 team league with pretty deep starting lineups, and your shaky QB group.

Worked my butt off yesterday...

Took over an orphan team (1QB, start 1 RB, 3 WR, 4 flex, TE) when it started, it was a mess. Overloaded at WR (Hopkins, Chark, Sutton, and Diggs), but when the Colts drafted Taylor it cratered Mack who was the best RB on the team. It had 2 1st round picks at the outset (1.6, 1.9). Decided to blow it up a bit.

Trade 1: Diggs for 1.8, 2021 1st (probably mid). 1.8 was used to draft Cam Akers
Trade 2: Hopkins for AJB, Drake.

After first 2 rounds of draft picks, team now looks like this:

QB: Dak, Lock
RB: Drake, Akers, Mack, Breida, McFarland Jr.
WR: AJB, Sutton, Chark, Diontae, Lamb, J. Jefferson, Mims, Edwards
TE: Still a mess with Njoku, Rudolph, Oliver, Warring. I really like Oliver but not sure if he steps up this year.

I'm a lot happier with where it is now than when I started.

In draft trades:

1.6 OTC. Traded Drake for 1.06 (Jeudy)

Pick 2.9 OTC. Traded 2.4 (I had picked Mims) and 3.4 (ended up being McFarland) for 2.5 (his Pittman) and 2.9 (I picked Edwards). Wavered between Mims/Pittman at my 2.4 pick and it turned out to be the guy 2.5 wanted. Made for an easy flip to move up for Edwards.
