Yikes I was just offered the 3.11 for D. Harris and 5.1. I know he was lowballing me, but I didn't think Harris was worth a first.

I actually don't consider that a lowball...I'm not sure I'd take it, but that's a reasonable offer, especially if 3.11 is OTC.
