Week 11 Discussion

Re: Week 11 Discussion
I also want to find a way to free Mike Williams and reunite him with Watson in HOU. I think he could be a bigger and stronger version of Fuller.

Remember when I said King shouldn't return another punt the rest of the night?

What has Rivers been looking at this game? Sorensen was literally just sitting back in coverage waiting for the wheel route and he threw it right to him.

Re: Week 11 Discussion
Watching the 4th quarter, I’m convinced Rivers can’t throw the ball over the middle. Because of his release angle causing balls to get batted down and lack of velocity on his throws, his only option were deep sideline routes like Williams’ catch or underneath routes. Pretty sad for a guy who’s had a very good, if not great, career.

That throw to Ekeler where he hit the guy in the back of the helmet was brutal. There was no lane. He needed to loft it, and he just threw it into the back of his head.Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 9:47 pm Watching the 4th quarter, I’m convinced Rivers can’t throw the ball over the middle. Re: Week 11 Discussion
Is this a joke? I don't understand. Some reference I'm missing? We are well into the 2nd half of the season and he had a moderate stat line against a less than average D.lukkynumber13 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 10:21 pm Keenan Allen a boss

EDIT. Never mind, I see this is serious, as you have Allen in your SIG everywhere. I would say that with Rivers at QB, nobody at WR will have a monster last quarter/3rd of the season. He's just hit the wall. Ekeler and HH are the two players you want to have on that offense the rest of the year IMO. Allen will continue to do his possession WR stuff, but I don't see how he can have a "MONSTER" end to the year with that QB, sadly.
