I'd want an early to mid 1st personally, and I wouldn't fill particularly good about it.
He'll be on the roster next year and he's looked good this year when not injured.

So selling him might depend on your roster construction and your acquisition cost.

looked like he wasn't properly healed from his recent ankle injury and was utilized accordingly.
did alright before the back/ankle issues, even at the beginning of the season when the cards looked well dodgy, and he's still a better player than drake and edmonds.

yup I'd give a late 1/comparable player if I'm competing but that's it Purely because you can do a lot worse RB wise with that. Sure it might not work but for a late first I'd risk it

I don't think you will find him for a low 2nd unless you find a brand new dynasty player. Still gonna be a first if you want him

Always been one of most over rated/valued players in the game, 2016 was just a perfect storm of factors his favor. Was such a blatantly obvious sell after that season, but everyone was trying to buy. Between injuries and the team's rapid decline the following years have been even worse than I initially anticipated, and yet people are still holding out hope that 2016 will magically happen again. He'll probably have some decent games and maybe even another full season as a quality fantasy starter, but his days of being a full-time RB1 are over.

This is exactly how i feel and have felt for years about him. There are just some guys in fantasy who have the one great year and then never come close to replicating that again. It happens all the time, especially to RBs. I find selling high is the hardest thing to actually do just because the "what if im making a mistake" factor always comes into play but DJ was obvious to me as well.

Ok as a chiefs fan this is just a false statement. Priest Holmes had 3 all pro seasons and another 1000 yard season first of all. Secondly he had massive injuries including a brutal horse collar tackle that derailed his career not a broken wrist and some lingering small issues. Would have been one of the greatest ever

I was speaking as a DJ owner. I didnt sell him this off season because I'm a contender and let's he honest I wasnt goona get any value.

But this off season I would take a 2nd if this crap continues.

Sold DJ & 2 2020 2nds & 2 2020 3rds for Gordon and Ekeler in the offseason. I then flipped Ekeler on a sell high before Gordon came back. Was feeling kinda bummed about it early on as DJ was putting up great numbers but now that Gordon seems to be back to being Gordon I'm happy. I am glad i don't own DJ today
