Sounds like they ruled Mahomes out with a knee issue but it must not be that serious if he's still walking around on it

Glad I have shares of Andrews in almost every league including all that have Kelce. Prolonged Mahomes absence could really suck for all KC shares (except for defense apparently)

That really isn't an indication at all of the severity, guys walk on torn ACLs and what not all the time.

I’ve seen players run off the field with a torn acl...

Stafford missed 4 games for same injury, but who knows if there are more/less complications with mahomes.

Well this Mahomes injury is horrible, for like, countless reasons. Nothing like the league MVP going down... this sucks.

Not sure what's in the water this year, but QBs have been dropping left and right all year - hasn't been this awful in a while.

True enough, but I'm talking about walking back onto the field, you may indeed walk with a torn ACL but I would think it's not terribly prudent to do so immediately after the diagnosis

https://mobile.twitter.com/mortreport/s ... gr%5Etweet

Mort quoting a doctor saying it was a dislocated knee cap, could be relatively minor or could be season ending, depends on if there was any other damage done to the knee. MRI tomorrow should determine extent of the injury.

There's no way of diagnosing a torn ACL this quickly.

Strange night overall, I actually benched Mahomes in the two leagues where I have Lamar Jackson as I was worried about his mobility {though never considered an injury like this}

Then I still wouldn't be walking around on it and possibly making it worse until I was sure! lol

I walked around for hours after tearing ACL in Middle School. Had not idea how injured I was until next morning.

Also, hell of a week for me to NOT play Frank Clark. Prick.

I remember watching Flacco go down with a knee injury, finish the drive, and be diagnosed with an ACL tear the next day. Needless to say if he was ruled out after 2 minutes of examination it isn’t good. It will likely be something that needs a few weeks to heal (knee scope) or much longer. Hopefully not the latter.
