Nobody was saying that. I was saying WR1. Nobody was saying 1.01. If you can find it, show it. I was also saying that thinking Ben would be the QB all year, and be able to throw him open, and hit the harder targets, and throw to him as a legit QB confident in his WR1, and be able to make a lot of good throws, which these backups certainly can not.

When Juju turned Casey Hayward inside out on a double move tonight for what should have been a long gain and perhaps a long TD, he was under thrown by 5 yards. The Steelers have game planned conservative approaches for backups, and backups to backups, since then. Juju is basically eating up coverage so others can produce. The prediction changed the second a future HOF QB went down. Juju had 6/78 against arguably the best D and best corner in the game right AT Foxborough. I think it's disingenuous to hold those things against him. I don't think any WR would be flourishing in Pittsburgh's offense right now. They would simply be eating up coverage and attention like anyone else.

At this point, right now, I think MT is the WR1. I also don't think Hopkins is top 5. His yards per target are frightening. He's also having drops he never used to have. Things can change quickly, as I stated about Juju, however Hopkins has very good QB and other players around him to take away some heat, and he's not getting it done, besides catching quick routes inside 10 yards. Fine for the offense, but not what you want in terms of FF.
WR1 and startup 1.01 are basically the same to a lot of people in the dynasty community since wrs tend to be better dynasty assets.

Most startups have RB's going ahead. Barkley, for sure. CMC and Kamara typically from what I have seen last year, too.

JuJu was going as the WR3 in start-up drafts on average.
That was just stupid.

His season has been a bad mix of backup QBs, adjusting to different responsibilities against different coverages, and being in the first Steelers offense in years without an identity.

There's still time for a turnaround, but he needs a QB and an OC who are interested in getting him the ball.

Anyone talking about Hunter Henry or are we just ignoring that?

Wonder if I could flip Anderson on the basis of this week. Yeah most people will dismiss it as being mostly one huge play, but maybe could catch someone just looking at the 5/125/1 line...

I'm not worried about this season's production as I'm pretty much all-in on the 2020 class right now (more based on how the market of my league is/was than by choice), and I think I'd rather have another 2020 1st than Anderson if I can get one.

That he came back that quickly from this injury into a featured role surprised me, the performance did not. Henry is a top 5 TE in my book and I've been high on him his entire career, he just needs to lose the bad luck with all these fluky and unrelated injuries.

Right now I'd say I have the "Young WRs":

Hopkins
MT
Hill
D. Adams
OBJ
KA
Evans
Godwin
Juju
Kupp
A. Cooper
Golladay
Sutton
Diggs
DJ Moore
Lockett
Chark
Cooks
A-Rob
Shepard

Guys like Julio, Thielen, Hilton, etc obviously have big time value but it depends on team makeup.

Rookies are still in flux but we certainly have McLaurin (and I think Hollywood) knocking on the door.

Agree with this 100%. He's been phenomenal when he plays. Solidly top 5 TE talent, good blocker too.
The issue is he's been injured all the dang time. Tough to trust him as your only starting caliber TE.
Hopefully he can stay healthy, seems pretty unlucky to have such talent go to waste due to injuries.

Aaron Jones Over/Under 100 yards tonight?
Detroit may sell out to stop the run

His situation imploded. Had Ben stayed healthy it would have been justified.

Maybe it would have been justified with Ben, but we can't know that. We already knew that Ben is old and gets banged up a lot and that AB is no longer there to draw coverage (and we also knew that JuJu got a crazy number of targets last year in spite of the presence of AB so it was unlikely that JuJu would see a noticeable uptick in targets to compensate for the added defensive attention). Yeah he would almost certainly be producing more with Ben starting, but I'm not confident he would have backed up being drafted as the WR3. That said, he's still quite young and could end up justifying that pick down the line.

I still like JuJu as a top 3 WR dynasty pick.
