I own him in a shallow roster league too (19 spots including DST & K)

I would trade him before cutting him. Even in a league like that someone will pay something for him
But as mentioned above you'd be selling (or dropping) while his value is at an all time low

I personally am holding and hoping he gets traded. If he doesn't, he'll be a free agent & I can't imagine anyone who has the option would stay in Miami lol

Agreed, he's likely to get traded and then his value changes drastically. The talent is sort-of there, but the opportunity is the worst in the NFL. Opportunity can change, always bet on talent.

really depends on how short the benches are and if you need the spot for someone who is more productive.
Is he going to be worth anything this year? probably not, unless traded.
Next year? who knows

You're basically hoping for a trade. I don't understand why a team like Tampa isn't interested.

Why would they? Tampa will finish with 2-5 wins this year. Why give up draft capital for a mediocre RB on an expiring contract?

Honestly, KC should be going after him. Their RB's are having trouble staying healthy. Get rid of shady and grab this dude. He's gotta be cheap and still only 25. With his pass catching skills, he could be dynamic there.

Does anyone think Myles Gaskin could get moved into the RB rotation if Drake does get traded? The guy who evaluates RBs on this site had high praise for Gaskin, so hoping he gets a look
That's me and this is what I am hoping for.

BUT, I do not think Gaskin is a long term starter/stud. I think he's a Phillip Lindsay type at best. I'm hoping for a chance to make some noise, and then to trade away for a 2nd at worst, late 1st at best. Again, this was my dream going into every draft with the 4.12 pick -- trade him away once he gets exposure.

Walton is the next man up, though. He's got a good pedigree and I think he'd do OK, but his main issue is staying out of the press with his off-field issues. I dunno...

I'm not buying Drake anywhere though. No way.

I outright dropped Drake today to pickup and start Burkhead. So far so good.

This article suggests Drake as a buy low - but he'll need to hold onto the football (as per this article below):
