You're telling me you actually think Jalen Ramsey can take the ego hit of being donked by an UDFA because it's preseason?

Yeah I'm not buying that at alll
I'm telling you Jalen Ramsey is not out there giving 100%.
I'm telling you I think that's hilarious
You truly believe players like Jalen Ramsey are out there in meaningless pre-season, and by the way we all know it's meaningless for legit players, even the coaches admit it, giving 100% against an undrafted player he doesn't even know? I think you might be the funny one if you truly think this way.

We do a second FA draft in one of my leagues right before the season in lieu of offseason/preseason waivers, I gave 1.04 + Irv Smith for 1.01 to take him. The owner I traded with was TE needy and also selected Herndon at 1.04, whereas I already had Hockenson, Fant and Goedert. 1.02 was Pollard and 1.03 was Jakobi.

Thats a pretty interesting way to handle the preseason when you have a relatively early rookie draft. Sounds intriguing. How do you guys determine the draft order?

I can tell you've never been involved in competitive activities. Circles are small and there's been a bunch of hype for him in this offseason. You've now progressed from, he wasn't trying, to he doesn't know him and also wasn't trying. You can tell he was trying by his acting tough reaction.

It's a 12 team league and the 6 teams that don't make the playoffs play a losers bracket with reverse seeding (worst team is #1 seed, 7th best team is 6 seed). The winner of the losers bracket gets #1 FA pick, 2nd place gets #2 and so on. Picks 7-12 follow regular playoff results, so league Champ gets the #12 pick.

I can tell you're caught up in pre-season meaningless hype which is fine. Enjoy it. I look forward to revisiting this thread in a few months when we don't know where Williams is.

He has potential to be a beast.

Things that can work against him:

*Off-field behavior/activities
*The team/QB he is with (currently not good)
* And, of course, injuries

His physical gifts and talents are obvious to me if he can overcome the above listed obstacles.

So, ppr. Andy Isabella is falling far in the draft. Rather have Isabella or Preston if you don't need any production this year?

I feel like you have a stronger likelihood of flipping Isabella for something if neither have a great rookie year.

Probably considering his QB and the eventual (at some point right?) departure of Fitzgerald. Maybe he wants to play as long as Jerry Rice? :surprised:

Just got Williams at 3.10 in local salary cap/keeper league for $1!

I drafted him at the 3.9. Quite a few people messaged me that I sniped him from them and that they had planned to take him in the fourth round.

On my board I had him as the 21st ranked rookie based purely on upside.

It took Davante Adams three years to break out, as it does with a lot of receivers. So if you are really committing to this, I expect to see you in 2022 with bells on.

Maybe. Arrow pointing even more up either way right now. I still don’t expect a ton this year but he’s looking like a prime stash
