Does anyone have Montgomery #1? I have seen Jacobs (obviously) and Sanders as well at #1, but keep hearing more positive things about Montgomery. I will be able to draft who I like, I am just so torn!

Nope. Jacobs is at the top for me, followed by Sanders. If you don't want Jacobs, I suggest trading back to 2 or 3.

I have Montgomery at #2, but I would not be surprised if he's the best back of the class when you look back in three years.

Jacobs is guaranteed a huge workload and is talented, so I can see why must have him as the top back. But I just don't trust Jon Gruden & the Raiders.

If Monty is your guy trade down. If you can't, draft him at 1. Fantasy football is more fun when you go with your gut than going chalk and passing on your guys.

The Bears are a very good team, young, and will be good for awhile. That awesome defense will set up the run game to be very successful.

A lot of experts have Mont their No.1 so it wouldn't be that much of a reach to grab Mont if hes your guy.
I personally have Jacobs/Sanders 1a 1b, with Mont next, although Mont could easily finish this year at the top. Long term though I like the other 2 better.

There was a time when Montgomery was ranked #1 by many - and it was around this time last year and as late as the NFL playoffs, before the combine metrics were known and all we had to go on was the eye test.

Worth saying that at that time, Jacobs was not considered the best back in Alabama, Sanders was a 1-year guy coming from out of the shadow of Saquon, and Darrell Henderson was still a sleeper. Oh, and Elijah Holyfield was being debated as a top 20 guy. :D

There is a very decent chance that what we thought about Montgomery then will prove to be true now: that he's the best back in this class. I think the landing spot helped him, too.

For me I have Jacobs, followed closely by Henderson (I had this opinion pre-draft), then followed closely by Mont; a tier gap and then Sanders.

I would easily take Mont over Sanders.

You all are crazy on Sanders. I don't see the talent or the fit being good for fantasy. I wouldn't touch him anywhere near the first round.

Who? A lot do? Genuinely curious, I've heard that nowhere in my listening circles.

1 Sanders
2 Jacobs
3 Montgomery

However if Monty is your guy you should trade back a couple spots.

Agree with Bot here.

Can't remember who, but I've heard a few redraft guys say Mont is their top rookie RB for 2019. I've also heard from a lot of people that think Monty has the highest floor of the 3, but probably the lowest ceiling.

Honestly Jacobs, Mont, and Sanders could go in any order and I could easily see the case made for each.

Great chatter - this makes me decision that more murky haha.

I have 1 and 3 and need a RB. Trading down won't secure me a back as I know the guys at 4 and 5 are going RB as well. I need to make a decision!

You ever think about going Harry at 1? Im sure montgomery will be available for you at 3. Or go Jacobs at 1 and Montgomery at 3

No - reasons being I'm in a 2QB league with prices very high. I have two older QB's in Brady and Rivers, Murray is a nice piece to add. I have good WR depth in Antonio, AJ Green, Adams, Godwin, DJ Moore, Gallup, Zay etc. I need a RB.
