I'm trying to get caught up here, but I don't think anyone has said he's worth the 2020 1.01. Can someone quote where that was said?

Guice was a top pick from 18. If you're willing to bet on a late 20 1st as a prospect, then you have to be incredibly high on the depth of the 2020 class. If Guice plays well in 19, he could be the 2020 1.01

This is where it stems from dynastyninja. It's from page 3 and the poster doesn't say it will happen; but, speculates it could happen. I for one don't think it's possible unless Guice ends up as say a top 3 RB this year and even then it might be sketchy with the hype for 2020 already building.

Guice is now 3 years older and done nothing.

Even if your doomsday scenario is accurate and Guice does nothing this year, how is he going to get three years older in a two-year span?

Yeah I was just thinking career years. He will be on year 3, but you're right 2 years older.

Regardless, I don't think that is "Doomsday scenario." Those are all facts. The only thing to argue is "doing nothing", and what that means. If people are talking about only taking a high 1st for him in 2020, yeah no. He is NOT going to produce to be worthy of that because of all of the above.

You didn't hear the news, he injured his hamstring a few weeks ago and his leg just fell right off. I'd say it was a fluke but it happened to Gurley too. Just awful stuff. But if Luck can learn to throw left handed after his right arm fell off at the shoulder then I think Guice can learn to run on just one leg.
