Holy cow, that has to be the worst in the thread. Doubt we'll see anything else quite like that.

Maybe not the worst trade, but it's pretty bad.
I actually think you win that trade.

That was my logic behind making that trade... but the thirst for RB's is real in this league.

Well keep loading up on average RBs and selling them off for a big gain, eventually you'll land stud RBs to keep yourself.

I traded AAJones and Funchess for Howard ~ one week before AAJones took off in 2018.

Silly really, I liked AJones, and had held onto him his whole career to that point. I also liked Howard..still do, more than most, but he's not AAJones.

Funchess isn't a huge loss..but I without a doubt sought, initiated and completed a trade which was never in my favor. :wall:

In a 12 team league, I sent Aaron Jones, two seconds and a 3rd for a first and 2nd last off season. Had a ton of picks, about 14 at the time, and it's a 24 man roster, was trying to consolidate and upgrade my picks. It's a rebuild project. At the end of the year, the deal ended up being as follows:

Aaron Jones, 2.01, 2.02 and 3.01

for 1.12 and 2.12

With moves like this, I will be rebuilding for a while. :wall:

I don't think that's all that bad. He's still a top 5 guy, and probably the WR1.

I would rather have Nuk over Zeke and I wouldn’t have drafted Barkley over Nuk before he ever played a snap. You made the right call

Nuk was considered the startup 1.01 by most last year.

I needed RB help last year in a salary cap league. I traded Will Fuller for Cohen right before Fuller's injury (I was happy with the trade even before the injury) but I didn't trust Cohen so I traded my 1st round pick for ingram and hyde (I had chubb) on expiring contracts, right before hyde got traded. Neither started a game for me and I lost both in the offseason.

I've dodged multiple bullets with that same owner over the years so I guess I was due.

October 2016 I offered him MGIII (I was scared of his knee), Adams, Zach Miller for Hyde, Moncrief, Parker, and Derrick Henry
His response: "lol no you cant ruin my team"

September 2018, I offered him Adams for Hyde + 2nd (He declined)
Salary Cap League. 1QB 2RB 3WR 1FLEX 1TE 1K 1DEF .5 PPR

QB: Tua, Carr, Love
RB: ETN, Najee, Dobbins, Dillon, Stevenson,
WR: ARSB, Mike Williams, Johnston, Addison, Dotson, Downs, Toney, Bateman, Mooney, Ross, Boutte
TE: Pitts, Engram, Okonkwo

That's like my main league. SUCH. Premium on RBs. Some of the mocks I've seen from other members have SEVEN going in the first round of the rookie draft lol.

Doubt it will be that crazy but close.

I just let all the wrs fall to me and trade them away for more draft picks and eventually land a stud like chubb last year
