I have too many to count, but my biggest one I can think of was giving up on Davante Adams too fast. I had him in most leagues and bailed early in year 3.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Reading that honestly just gave me a little bit of anxiety.
Haha. I get anxiety every time I look at my roster. The good this is my roster was solid enough it’s not killed me.

Great example how people with tunnel vision on what helps their team and ignoring that no matter how much they help their team, they will be 2nd or 3rd at best for years...due to everyone else's trading. One owner stocks them then over paid this owner, so in a better 2020 draft class he already has 7 out of 12 picks. 5 other owners with 1 and he is trying to get mine...lol. I see some over pays coming down the pike...lol. Bottom 6 teams are draft lottery for position, top 6 go in reverse order.

In our startup in 2016 we were in round 16 and my friend was picking right before me. He asked me for advice on who to pick. I was planning on picking up a WR flier but also all the defenses were starting to go off the board. I decided that I would take HOU D/ST instead of that flier and I would tell my friend to pick him up instead.

That flier was Davante Adams.....

Two that come to mind for me are trading Diggs two years ago straight up for McCoy right after DJ got hurt. It was a win now move and I came in 3rd that year. I traded Gurley straight up for sammy Watkins right after Gurley's down year...at that point their values were about the same and I thought getting the receiver over the RB was the better long term value

In 2 separate leagues, I refused to pay 1.03 and a later pick, and 1.04 and a later pick respectively for Juju. Ended up taking Penny in both. While I still believe Penny can be good, I definitely did not make the right moves there.

I offered Calvin Ridley for DK Metcalf and Devin Singletary. The other side rejected it. That was a Big Mistake.

I've had plenty. But I've also been on the winning side of a few. Here are a few I remember..Nothing too awful imo.

-Keep 7 league, 12 team league. First year playing fantasy more competitively (2013?). Or so I thought..lol..I sent A. Rodgers for C. Kaepernick, MJD, and Kyle Rudolph. That one stung for a while.
-Was offered D. Hopkins 2 years ago for TY Hilton and a 2nd. I passed...lol
-Was able to buy D. Adams for a future 2nd the month before he broke out a couple of years ago and his value skyrocketed to a top 10 pick since that time.
-Was offered 3 future 1sts (in a devy league, so future firsts are more like early to mid 2nd) for Gronk last year right before the start of the season. I didn't take it, my team sucked and Gronk retired. Sometimes it's the moves you don't make that kill you...

At the time, I thought it was a slam dunk. In our 14-team PPR non-SF league I traded Pat Mahomes before last season for the 2018 1.09 and the 2018 2.05. "For a QB?!?" I thought. "Even though I love his future, there is no way he has that value this soon!!" I thought.

Dammit.

That is really good value for a QB that hadn't started a single season. Hopefully you hit on that 1.09 rookie pick

In 2016, I was rebuilding my sig team. I had a few firsts but couldn't buy any more, they were too expensive. Since I was in a clump of mid tier teams with a shot at the playoffs and 1sts were so expensive, I decided to see what I could get. I made a series of trades, including Alshon and a 1st for Hopkins. I needed an RB to pair with Zeke and ended up dealing my 1st, a 2nd Hooper and J Rodgers for Yeldon, Ivory and a 3rd, when those RBs were dominating Jacksonville's backfield. I go on a losing streak, ironically playing many of the teams I'm competing with for the last spots, and miss the playoffs. The 1st became Mixon or Mike Williams, don't remember which.
