Re: Nick Chubb Extension
Thank you so much. My Groupme account went on the fritz, and all my league mates have been cut off from me (maybe a blessing for them ) for over a week now. I needed some football talk. Had a lot going on in life last year, and decided my Fantasy Football time needed to be cut back to just managing my teams. It paid off, won 2 ships, including the DLF Early Birds Special league, where I decimated the single week scoring record, and won 234.62-144. The finalist left the league, and though I know it didn't have anything to do with it, I am going to pretend he took his toys and went home after the beat down.mild wrote: ↑Sat Jul 31, 2021 8:14 pmFantasyFreak!!! All jokes aside, I was going through some things and needed to take time off. I enjoy the community here, but life got very busy, and some family illnesses etc. were happening. I just needed to give my energy to that, and some leisure time had to be sacrificed.
Again, thanks. It's great that more than a few people have reached out via post or DM. I really appreciate it.

Re: Nick Chubb Extension
Extending Chubb was certainly a rock solid decision for the Browns and they now have the best 1-2 punch at rb in all of football. What's really great is that Hunt and Chubb can be on the field at the same time providing a unique double teaming experience that opposing defenses will find hard to stop. The balls will be coming and going to the rbs regularly and they should be scoring often.

There will officially be a lack of Chubb on Sunday. Ruled out with a calf injury.

A soft tissue injury for Chubb is no laughing matter.
Probably kills two of my teams this weekend. Hope it's not a Gallup like calf injury...

Hunt owners rejoice.
I've actually been trying to trade Hunt and no one likes him even though he's a PPR goon. I'm in the minority but I like what the Browns are doing with Chubb/Hunt. More than likely extends their careers and is great down the stretch.
