Yeah I knew it was way too much but I was down the hole at that point. I need to update my sig because I actually have 4 2020 firsts now looking for more but they are hard to get. People in this league seem to be more worried about what everyone else is getting than building their own teams. But back to Chubb, I like him a lot but he’s just not worth that much in my mind.
You have 4. Obviously they aren't that hard to get

They are. They cost a pretty penny at this point. People are expecting 2019 firsts plus. Usually it works the other way. You pay a 2020 plus for a 2019 first. You can acquire them, but obviously the cost is high at this point.

If this Hunt news is true, Chubb's value may increase.

This Hunt news is a whole lotta nothing. But it should remind people of the off the field dangers that come with owning Hunt

Anything can happen, but right now all we know is that the police talked to him. He wasn't detained, wasn't arrested... it's a warning flag for sure, but highly unlikely that anything comes out of this.

If you want to compare this prediction to picking the winning lotto numbers... that's on you.

It's all in the way you say things. You came out first sentence and said "it's a whole lotta nothing". Not I think it'll end up as nothing or something of that nature. The story is just breaking and there's not a whole lot of info out there yet and we'll most likely hear more before the week is out. So to flat out say it's nothing at the point that it's just breaking that's not on me. That's on you unless you are privy to info none of the rest of us are. Another hot story this offseason has been Tyreek Hill. He wasn't arrested or detained either and that has snowballed into a whole lot of something. So I wouldn't necessarily point at no arrest or being detained meaning that there's nothing here. Remember Hunt does have a past just like Hill does.

That said am I saying he's guilty of anything? Nope it very well could end up as nothing but I'll reserve my judgement for when there's more info out.

In a more standard PPR league, Chubb was 5th in average among RBs from week 1-9, then 15th from 10-17. Hunt played starting seek 10. That was while playing in the Kitchens offense.

Now, he gets Kevin Stefanski after the Browns added oline investments.

I've had a guy trying to trade for him for what seems a month. Where do you put Chubb now value wise?
League #1- 14 tm ppr, 1Q, 2R, 3W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1K
1 DT, 2 DE, 2 LB, 1 CB, 1 S, 1 flex

League #2- 12 team PPR, 1Q, 1R, 2W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1 W/R/T, 1 Def

League #3- 12 tm PPR, 1Q, 0R (yes, ZERO RB) 3W, 1T, 2 R/W/T flex, 1 Def

I’m having a tough time moving him. I tried for Miles straight up in a Ppr. No dice. So I assume he is valued somewhere in the late second of a 12 team ppr start-up. Obj, AJB, Golladay types. Derick Henry comp at rb.

I think he is worth slightly more than JT, CEH. I have him close to guys like Mixon, Sanders, Jacobs. Chubb has such great raw running abilities. He will have another great season. As for WRs...I am comparing him to guys like DJ Moore and AJ Brown. I think pick wise, Chubb is worth two mid firsts +.

X2

I paid what was the certain 1.01 or 1.02 for him last year for a (failed) championship push, and I still think that is pretty fair value for him. Depending on league settings I could see CEH going for more than him soon, but other than that I'd want 2 early/mid first round rookies for him this year.

If i am giving up Chubb I was 1.02 or 1.01. 1.03 could be acceptable if this is a superflex. Other than that there is way too much uncertainty with rookies this year to give Chubb for two mid firsts

Comparing to this class, I'd take him over everyone (though CEH is close in PPR).
