Pettis is the incumbent favorite. I like Deebo over him long term. Surprised your poll includes JMatt and not Goodwin

I think you can edit the poll if you edit the original post. JMatt does have a vote already, which I would love to here explained

It’s a tough call with these guys, I could see making a case for any of them. Well maybe not Matthews. I like the way Deebo plays with a chip on his shoulder, I’ll be rooting for him from the group if I had to choose.
I will admit that for some reason Pettis reminds of a M. Colsten/J. Edelman type, who will stick around and always put up good numbers, but will never get the respect he deserves. Just a gut feeling though that I have no way of backing up.

Nice topic, hope to see more posts.

I like deebo a ton long term. Hurd is a really nice flier for his price right now. Pettis has/had a ton of hype. Goodwin has been really good in spurts.

Garrapolo and this coaching staff is still expected to produce at some point.

Off the top, Pettis is worth the most but I’d prefer to target deebo for less, at the moment.
main league, half PPR, all TDs 6, -3 for INT

QB: T Lawrence, K Cousins, R Wilson, Z Wilson
RB: K Walker, T Ettiene, JK Dobbins, D Gore, J Hasty, D Johnson, L Rountree
WR: JJ, AJB, A Cooper, Juju, C Kirk, J Dotson, N Westbrook-Ikhine, I McKenzie

Current ADP:
Pettis is 77 overall
Deebo is 93 overall

So targeting Deebo later is really only about 1-2 rounds later

I voted Pettis because I think he has the best all-around skill set, and the most chemistry already established.

However I have no issues if anyone votes or voted for Jordan Matthews.

https://ninernoise.com/2019/06/15/49ers ... al-roster/

Oddly enough he is the WR with the most production / experience of any WR on their roster and he has a size/skill set that other WRs on that team do not possess - so he may have a locked in role, that could get bigger if other WRs struggle, get injured, or fail to build rapport with JG.

The main issue with Jordan Matthews is that he has never (a) seemed back to 100% since that bad knee injury in 2017 and (b) his bouncing around from team to team has given him a bad vibe for many owners. However guys like Ted Ginn, Mohammed Sanu, Kenny Stills & Albert Wilson can find niches in the NFL and have a secondary career after their first efforts seemed to fizzle.

Anyways I am not saying it is likely to happen, but there is a greater than 0% chance Jordan Matthews could at least have WR 3/4 value.

Also for those use who past NFL family pedigree as a tiebreaker ... Matthews is related to Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice, as his mother is Rice's cousin.

Deebo has one healthy season of football in the last four years, and is sidelined yet again in minicamp, reportedly with both hip and hamstring issues. And the team wants him to lose ten pounds.

Beware.

I think the '20 class is a greater threat to Pettis's current #1 role than Deebo.

Also, Kendrick Bourne isn't a no-count for the #2 or #3 role.

Think Lynch is going to have to lock Shanahan out of the war room next year...

Hopeful Deebo becomes near Garcon in his offense .. counting on him being that kind of X receiver .. might take some time though ..

Hmm, yeah I wouldn’t have guessed they’d be that close. I haven’t invested in Pettis anywhere. I have deebo as my WR 7-8 in one team. I guess the biggest detractor to me is: I’m lower than most on jimmy G
