On the topic of sell now players, I'm beginning to think that Kyler Murray falls in that category. I've only done one draft this offseason, a Superflex, and he went 1.08 overall (ahead of Hopkins, OBJ, Aaron Rodgers, Luck, etc). In a more long standing SF league I'm in, he was traded for OBJ straight up. It's a pretty small sample size, but those are the only prices I've seen him go for in the six total leagues I'm in (other than one where I drafted him as the 1.01 rookie and have held) -- but if he's garnering that kind of a price before taking a single snap, his value has probably already peaked.

For what it's worth, I'm expecting him to have quite a rough rookie season -- more Sam Darnold than Baker Mayfield -- and for the Cardinals' coaching staff to have some growing pains as well.

12-team SF, PPR, TE premium, 0.25 PPCarry
1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SF 4Flex
QB: Mahomes, Fields, Love
RB: Bijan, ETN, Pollard, Achane, Herbert
WR: Kupp, Hill, Metcalf, Ridley, Jeudy, D.J. M, Burks, Hollywood, Wan'Dale
TE: Kyle Pitts, Goedert

Ya Kyler is undoubtedly the #1 QB in this class and clear #1 pick in SF/2QB rookie drafts, but I just saw him go 2.01/13th overall in my buddies recent startup with Mahomes, Watson and Baker being the only other QBs off the board.

Barkley is special. Like Peterson special.
Hot take: while Peterson was a special talent, his career hasn't quite lived up to that hype for various reasons. There's a massive gulf between him and the truly special fantasy RBs (LT, Faulk, Smith, Payton, Sanders), which leaves AP more in the realm of "guys who actually do come around every couple years"...the gap between his career and McCoy's and Forte's is not that large. AP got suspended for an entire season in his prime, tore his ACL prior to fantasy playoffs in 2011, and tore his meniscus in 2016. Only 2 seasons over 300 PPR points...Zeke already has 2 in 3 seasons (and probably would have been 3 for 3 without the suspension). Kamara is 2 for 2. Gurley's last 2 seasons are better than any AP had in his career, as is CMC's last season. He had the potential to be on RB Mount Rushmore, but things didn't quite work out that way.

Another superflex startup posted in team advice had him going 13th overall ahead of Luck, Wilson, Wentz, etc. His price must be increasing because in April I did a superflex startup and he went 25th overall and ppl in the league thought that was pretty early to take him.

I think it's just the odd outlier where a guy doesn't know value, or is new to Dynasty. Every SF I'm in guys like Luck/Wentz/Wilson etc. are valued well above Murray. I moved the 1.01 plus for Wentz recently, nobody was paying up for Kyler. In another league, the 1.01 went straight up for Garrapollo.

Maybe I'm just in a leagues with more experienced players, but in any league, all it takes is that one guy who doesn't understand proper value and it can be said about any player, really, not just Murray. Murray's overall value is nowhere near those examples, but with so many leagues out there, it's bound to happen once in a while. Just like you have guys underselling players, you'll see guys over drafting or overpaying for players, especially at this time of year.

Wow. I did a super flex start up a month ago. I picked him at 4.11 and I thought I reached for him.
13th qb off the board.

I am starting to think Julio will never belong on this list. Everyone in my league loves Julio. Half the owners inquire about him every year. Nobody has ever made a decent offer because even though we all love Julio, we have all always been a little weary of Julio for some reason. Chances are he will still be in my lineup the day his body begins to break down and the production starts to dip.

Ah even if you take out his 2k season, he is still top 20 in total rushing yardage. Not to mention that 2k season came a year after he had an high ankle sprain, torn ACL & MCL. Here are a couple of other 'claims to fame':

Most 60+ yard TD runs in a career (13)
Tied-most 50+ yard runs in a single season (7, with Barry Sanders)
Tied-most 200+ rushing yard games in career (6, with O. J. Simpson)
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

AP is obviously a HOFer and one of the best RBs ever, but as far as fantasy production he was held back by his lack of receiving numbers (272/2,223/6 for his entire career) and a bit of a lower TD ceiling than some of the other top RBs of all-time; he was a consistent 10-12 TDs every year which is obviously a good amount but he only had 1 season over 12 which was 2009 when he had 18 rushing (and 0 receiving), he also had 12 TDs in 2011 despite playing only 12 games so he probably would have had a few more in a full season. Overall though he just doesn't hold up with probably the 2 best fantasy RBs of all-time time (LT and Faulk) due to them being far superior in the receiving game and getting into the endzone more, despite AP probably being better than both of them purely on the ground. This is what makes Saquon so special, in his rookie season alone he put up receiving numbers (91/721/4) that are about 1/3 of AP's career totals on top of rushing numbers that are nearly identical to APs rookie season
AP: 238 carries, 1,341 yards, 12 TDs
Saquon: 261 carries, 1,307 yards, 11 TDs

Corey Davis. Been dumping his butt everywhere.

If our can find an owner who still believes he has a 3rd year breakout then sell him. Because adding AJ and relying Mariota on top of being a run first team makes him abysmal.

I thought i read a stat about him too which said he was only a WR 3 or better 30% of the time. That's terrible

Maybe. Also, maybe Mariota is done and Tua ,Herbert, Winston, or Fromm comes to town and he's a Wr1. If you've held him this long, you better hold him one more year.
