I have been on sleeper for 2 years now. This year is my first year of all leagues on sleeper. I have really enjoyed it. It doesn't have everything that some of the other sites have, but it makes up for it by having things other sites slack on. The integrated chat in the leagues is amazing. I had a free SF league that we moved over to sleeper that was on life support and the swap over made it one of my more active leagues just due to the chat being built in. The devs are quick to help out any issues and they clearly have the goal of being the best fantasy football platform.
The mascots have kind of gotten rubbed into our faces, but it's better than ads for me which is how all the other free sites generally make their money. You don't have to buy them.
My only annoyance is the whole some things you can only do on mobile and some only on desktop as a commish. They have said they plan to get that all evened up soon, but it has been mildly annoying. Other than that though smooth sailing. Custom schedules for season or custom playoff seeding is a breeze compared to some other sites.
