Start-up Draft Spot Advice

I'm in a new startup dynasty league. It's 12 tm superflex ppr. Passing TDs are 6pts per and TE gets 1.5 ppr. We are currently picking our draft slots and slots 9-12 are left. Would you take the 9 spot and hope for a better RB to drop or take 12 and grab a QB/WR combo at the turn. With the 6 pt passing TDs in a superflex league I'm thinking the QBs are going to fly off the board. Thanks!

I would want the 9th spot, since like you stated, the QBs will be going early.
