Finally broke the seal in my 12 team/25 man start-up with the first trade in the league all season. Nothing exciting but acquired Ka'deem Carey for my 2.08

First trade of the offseason for me. 12 Team PPR

Gave: LaFell

Got: Ertz/3.09

LaFell was very solid for me during my championship run. We start up to 5WRs in this league. This owner had inquired about LaFell a couple of times now. I don't trust LaFell's long term viability and he's not a player that most owners want to trade for. So getting Ertz and a 3rd in return was solid value IMO.

Traded AP for Charles Johnson WR and Tyler Eifert TE. It's an orphan I took over mid season and I'm in total rebuild. I may have received more if I waited and AP gets picked up, otoh he may not get picked up and this was nice value at 2 needed positions.

Gave: DeAndre Hopkins / 1.3 / 2016 1st
Got: Julio Jones / Roddy White / 3.02

Gave: 1.06 / 2016 1st / Moncrief
Got: Alshon Jeffrey / Benny Cunningham / 3.10

I probably lost on value, but I wanted to convert some picks/young talent into a couple proven building blocks. Our league doesn't value young lottery tickets like Moncrief very much, so while I could have waited his situation out through the off-season, it's not as much as an overpay as you may think.

Gives me Brady/Anderson/Julio/Demaryius/Jeffrey/Watkins/Graham/Kelce to build around and I still own the 2015 1.02 pick to use on Gordon/Gurley.
