I would take a flier on Stanley Morgan. Cincy WR3 is wide open, Morgan showed well at the combine, and Zac Taylor being a former Cornhusker can't hurt.

Is he the grandson or son of the old Patriots WR?

NVM: I Googled it ... not related.

I don’t see either necessarily stepping into a huge role if zeke went down but I’d expect more carries for Weber.

I’ll be pretty surprised if Pollard is ever more than a complimentary back.
They are comparing Pollard to Kamara ... of course this is also the team that said Tavon Austin would get 15-20 touches a game.

Demarkus Lodge and Lil Jordan Humphrey. Lodge was overshadowed at Ole Miss but he is a former 5* WR who posted 1500+ yards and 11 TDs his final 2 years in an offense that had a ton of weapons. He is with Bruce Arians who knows how to produce explosive offenses, I expect him to really be enamored with Lodge who has incredible ball skills.

Lil Jordan was a star at Texas and literally their best player. The knocks are he is a tweener and slow. But he produced 86/1176/9 which was the 3rd best season EVER for a Texas WR. So while people will gloss over the numbers because "but Big 12 plays no defense" but this type of season from a Texas WR is almost unheard of and he did it from an array of positions; slot, outside WR, wildcat QB, RB, returner, etc. He excelled because he has an incredibly high football IQ, understands coverages, and runs great routes.

And guess what? He went to a team that produces explosive offenses and knows exactly how to use his skillset and has experience doing just that in Marques Colston and Brandon Coleman. With those guys what do you have? Two large, slow, undrafted WRs who eventually were starters by NO, and didn't have half the resume of LJH. He will get a fair chance there and has the upside written all over him.

I'd say Pollard is closer to Ballage. He's not really a RB but he can catch and he's athletic and it's not a hard position to learn

my 4th/5th targets
Barnes, Dexter, Crockett, Homer, Warring, Knox, Alize Mack, Preston Williams, Harmon, Drew Lock

I love these calls. Lodge in particular is way overlooked. If Josh Jacobs gets a huge pass for being stuck competing with future nfl RBs, why doesn't Lodge get the same at WR?

Former 5 star recruit, very quick and great route runner, good enough size/speed, and a career hampered by injuries as opposed to lack of development or character issues.

A few names that haven't been mentioned yet-
Drew Sample, TE, CIN

Not necessarily endorsing either for their talent, but more for their climbable depth chart to a starting role.
