They actually freed about 60 targets from Davis+Richardson. McLaurin didn't play week 16 either, and if Haskins can show the improvement he did at the end of his rookie year, we could be looking at a 1200+ yard season from Mclaurin next year.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 11:38 pm Said this in our Group Chat already to ArrylT, but McLaurin had no competition last year and only had 93 targets. I have him on a roster, but don't really think Graham Barfield knows anything anyone here doesn't. Same QB, same WR situation. Hoping he gets some more targets, but he's not suddenly going to get peppered like Hopkins. I would be happy with 110-115.

Re: Terry McLaurin
It's impressive that McLaurin did what he did with blah QB play and no real weapons to take defensive coverage away.
Still figure that Washington will add some type of WR help in the draft, even if it possibly won't be in the Top 100. They offered Amari Cooper more money than Dallas did and they pursued Stefon Diggs in a trade. So from those efforts, I don't think they went into the offseason planning to have McLaurin as the main guy.
