I think Godwin has had better games than Juju being the no1 but Slay does make a big difference.

Started a couple more mock drafts in the mock draft forum, a 1QB mock and a SF mock, to see how opinions have changed now that we've reached the end of the college season minus the playoffs.

Disagree those are the only backs worth mentioning. Dillon is 4th-5th, but could probably play some spot minutes in the league. Eno Benjamin is a top 3 round talent imho. Najee Harris also?

Eno Benjamin is my favorite sleeper from this class. West coast player so he doesn't get a ton of visibility. But his game is so similar to Kamara's IMO -- explosion doesn't jump off the page, but vision, agility, balance, elusiveness, slipperiness, and elite receiving ability, it's all there. He's slightly undersized at 5'10" 201lbs which could hurt, and playing against PAC 12 defenses may make his tape look better than he actually is ... but I'd not be surprised in the least if a progressive-minded coach picks him up and makes him a star.

It's either Kamara or Hunt, seems to be 2-3 every year now.

I've seen Laviska, Dobbins and now Eno comped to him in this thread alone. There's probably another one in here somewhere too, and sure to be others by time the draft happens. Everyone's favorite prospect last year, Darrell Henderson, was constantly being comped to Kamara too...

When teams miss big on a player, they frantically search for the "next" version. It's why T.J. Hockenson got drafted in the Top 10, a year after George Kittle (a 5th round pick, from the same school, in a similar role) broke the TE yardage record.

This isn't teams making these comparisons (at least publicly) it's commenters here on this forum. There have been at least 3 players compared to Kamara in this thread alone.

It’s because those players have “outlier” profiles, for lack of a better term. There are a lot of rbs that come out every year that vaguely look like them. The elite profile backs don’t get that many comps because not many prospects have elite profiles. Also, it doesn’t help that much of the community are dolts and comp players like penny and Handy to kamara when they literally couldn’t be more different.
