I think he's a great player, but it's surprising that the Raiders didn't trade down.

Someone whose IDP credentials I trust has Ferrell as a top 10 talent. I rather the Raiders get their guy than move back cheaply in a draft no one seems to want to move up in. So glad they did not go QB or TE or RB here.

Per Rich Hribar, of the 58 QB’s selected in the first round over the last 20 years, Jones 6.2 AY/A is only equal or better than Jake Locker, Patrick Ramsey and Kyle Boller. Congratulations Giants fans.
