Hollywood on the other hand..
Both the Raiders or Eagles could use him and he would fit both.

The Raiders need a ton to build before Vegas. He will grow on you in Raider country.
Don't get me wrong; I like Jacobs.
I do not want to spend a first on a running back, though.
Please no for the Eagles as well... I really hope they don't waste a first on a RB. DL, LB, OL, or S are way better uses of that pick.

Was it Joe Thomas that elected to go fishing with his dad instead of go to the draft?

The NFL is changing a bit on RB perspective due to the 5th year option.

The back 1/2 of round 1 is good for RB’s and developmental QB’s.

RB’s are pretty inexpensive assets to acquire for 4 years and if they hit the 5th option gives an additional year.

Jacobs would be far less than acquiring a decent FA.

Additionally, a solid 3 down back really helps a defense given ball control keeps offenses on the field.

While Jacobs is probably not Zeke or Barkley as an example; he does show show 3 down capability which further helps in keeping costs down for back up pay.

Pretty obvious the Pats used this strategy for S. Michel.

Oakland and Philly really need an upgrade. Another team that could use one is Baltimore. Lastly, I wouldn’t discount the Rams given Gurley’s unknown situation but that’s more of a long shot.

The RB class is not real deep with legit type 3 down players at RBs so be prepared. Besides, the top tier defensive talent will be scooped up by pick 20.

Jacobs in one of those locations makes sense on many levels if he is there.

Of course Tampa may move back a few spots and take him so he could be gone anyway .

Very excited for a franchise to set themselves back another 5 years by taking Daniel Jones. Hope it's the Giants.

Of course they can - Baker stayed home last year.

However, it has already been widely reported that Haskins is falling.
I guess I am skeptical that the 'fall' is enough that it would take him outside of the 1st round. The odds seem slim of that, more slim that others who are in attendance, and ultimately not being in the first round is most likely the bar that the players use as to whether to attend. Is a 'fall' down into the 20's enough? Perhaps, but i feel as though there are other reasons at play that would lead the individual to not attend beyond just that...then again perhaps the media attention it drives would make it worse.

My point is just lets not act like he's falling out of the 1st round. I think that still seems highly unlikely.

I think Haskins will easily be a top 10 pick. I don’t think he would’ve left school otherwise. Kyler going 1st will put pressure on other teams and they will move up/reach on a QB.

Oh I do not think Haskins falls out of the first.
I do think there is a very real possibility he falls out of the top 10; there is some really bad tape on him.

Yep. You are correct. I recall thinking that was pretty awesome.

I don't think he will be drafted as an immediate starer. He is likely to end up on a team as an heir apparent.
