Hill went 5 for 98 and a TD on 21 offense snaps in Maclin's last full game.

He got a bump to mid-30s snaps the next three games Maclin was out (including the game he got hurt on the second play).

Last game he played 59 snaps, though OT certainly helped that.

He's been on a steady rise in snaps, aided recently by Maclin being out. Given how well he's performed, I don't see them cutting his snaps back to 20 when Maclin is back. Chris Conley and Albert Wilson will likely see a small bump down, IMO.

Just my opinion, but I think we will eventually look back and think this was really, really low for Hill.

Agreed I don't like this trade at all. JJ will be good in the coming years with Fitz and Floyd gone and Brown can't do anything. I love Hill and I'm not a Cobb fan whatsoever he can't play as a number one receiver and he's not even a number 2 receiver on the Packers this year

Just saw on the trade thread that someone flipped Hill for a mid-2017 1st. I would probably flip Hill for that if I was really long at WR and needed a future RB.

I agree, I don't like that very much for the guy getting Cobb. I get it, but I wouldn't feel like I had sold high on anyone with that deal.

I mean, the NFL is full of terrible people. You have to consider the risk and it sickens me as I said in the OP. But this is fantasy and it's about scoring points. If I can move him for a player that I consider in his tier I'd do it in a heartbeat to be rid of him. But most would say the same about most players with substance issues/DV issues.

I hear you and it sounds like a horrific incident and he may be a terrible person. But I don't expect these guys to be role models. I know that's cliche and sounds heartless but there are a lot of terrible people in this world. We all have friends and family members that have done very awful things in their worst moments. We just don't know about everything that happens in the dark. And again, I am NOT an advocate for Hill off the field. I'm just saying that someone's personal history doesn't necessarily stop me from enjoying art. Jay z might've sold crack to kids but I'll still enjoy his older tracks
