He’s not playing this year. The tape is gross. “You should be terrified of me too, bitch.” Disgusting.

As we have seen with AP, hunt, and whatever that Baltimore rb was (blanking on name lol) , once there is visual evidence things get far worse. The tape may not be a video but it's damning and it's not going away.

Can't see hill playing anywhere next year and not in the NFL ever again.

Pretty sure thats just because the Chiefs already had the Hunt video when it became public, and they did not have the Tyreek audio before it was released. Don't see how they will possibly not release him, not that it will matter because I think that he will just receive an indefinite suspension from Goodell. Chiefs have 2 2nds I expect to see them move a bit to draft another WR tonight.

If the police find you and your best friend in a room with a dead body and have no conclusive evidence, they can't just charge both of you with murder...ya know, the whole innocent until proven guilty thing that's stated in the Constitution?

Realistically speaking, it's very possible that the fiance is protecting Hill because he is her meal ticket and/or she loves him and believes he can change. That said, unless CPS finds something conclusive in their investigation, there will likely be no criminal charges. Of course, lack of conclusive evidence has never stopped Goodell from suspending players (see Elliott, Ezekiel), so it's still possible Hill could miss a few games this season.
In some cases they take it to grand jury and they see evidence and make a determination. Also I know of a case where there were drugs in a car. Neither of the guys took responsibility and both got charged. Once people are charged and see what the consequences are that gets people suddenly remembering the truth. You have both parents facing time, I’m sure truth would come out.

The lawyer in this video said exactly what I stated above...charge both child endangerment and assault and Crystal end up turn states evidence.

Two things for sure here... Hill is an bleep and no one TRULY knows what will happen to him. It's all speculation at this point.

I think the difference is the talent and the history. AP and Hunt (to my knowledge) had not history of domestic violence. I also think the tape of hill is very different than either AP or Hunt. AP's "excuse" was that he was just disciplining his child. There is no way that Hill can say that he was disciplining him. Additionally hunt's assult was on a grown woman not a child.

I'm not saying that Hunt and AP should be in the NFL, I'm just saying that there are differences that could allow AP and Hunt to avoid the end of their careers that I dont think Hill can.

These teams aren't making personnel decisions based on morality. It comes down to how they affect the bottom line and weighing the risks and rewards. The Hunt video was getting heavy attention from the getgo and, like many teams, they likely view RB as a replaceable position. Cut Hunt, avoid the PR hit and look like you care about that type of thing as an organization.

The Frank Clark incident is dated and not nearly as many people are aware of it, so the risk/reward leans towards trading for and giving him the money.

The Ray Rice story probably had the most mainstream coverage of any of these incidents. He was already on the decline, so why risk it?

AP story fades away and isn't in the public eye, bring him back.

Likely because of the timing of this Hill tape coinciding with the draft, it doesn't seem like it's received that much coverage so far. WR is important, so why not suspend him and see if it gains traction?

These teams aren't hypocritical in their actions, only in how they try to frame them. There's no moral compass guiding them. That said, I think it is telling as to the importance teams place on various positions and skillsets.

Oh, don't let any of this distract you from how big of a piece of bleep Tyreek Hill is as a person.

Just curious, why are people saying he will never play in the NFL again? It's a disgusting situation but it seems like these players find their way back to the field. Vick had the dogfighting, AP had child abuse, Donte Stallworth ran over and killed a man while driving drunk... all made it back to the field. The only person I've seen completely go away was Ray Rice. Heck, it took 10 minutes before Kareem Hunt had another home and was already back to holding late 1st round rookie pick value.

I see a bigtime suspension but I don't see him never playing again. Stallworth is the example I keep coming back to.... killed a guy.
