Deebo Samuel
Re: Deebo Samuel
I drafted him at 2.02 (12 team leagues) in both leagues I own him, so would take at least 1.06 right now to just trade for a pick blindly long before the draft has started. I may be willing to accept a later pick during the draft when I know exactly who I would be getting for him.

Agree ... he’s not worth a Top 5 pick, but 6-8 feels about right.bjd5211 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2019 4:33 pm I drafted him at 2.02 (12 team leagues) in both leagues I own him, so would take at least 1.06 right now to just trade for a pick blindly long before the draft has started. Re: Deebo Samuel
I like Deebo, and with a normal rookie class incoming would feel similarly. I'd move him for 1.12 in this class though
Re: Deebo Samuel
They say a lot of owners make the mistake of 'what have you done for me recently'. Samuel has had a pretty impressive rookie season, however his quiet weeks over the fantasy playoff weeks combined with the lustre of the 2020 class may make him a bargain in some of your leagues.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
Re: Deebo Samuel
He had a solid week 16 though.

Deebo Samuel Broken Foot
Aiyuk will probably see an ADP bump. Maybe time to see if you can get out from under Dante Pettis?Ian Rapoport wrote:#49ers WR Deebo Samuel suffered a broken foot on Tuesday during a throwing session with teammates in Nashville and will be having surgery today, I’m told. It is a Jones fracture, and he should be able to be on the field early in the season.

"Trent Taylor had the same injury in camp last year. Setback after setback, ended up missing the entire season."

Re: Deebo Samuel Broken Foot
Yikes. Traded away starters at WR with an expectation that Samuel would step up because his PPG were higher than most of my "studs" down the stretch last season & I ended up starting him anyways. As a JuJu owner, I might be on the same ride as last year.
Re: Deebo Samuel Broken Foot
We really need to wait for more information.
There are tons of bones in the foot this could be a 3 weeks injury or a season ender. Way to early to panic

They’re forecasting 3-4 months, so he’s almost a certainty for the PUP. Not sure Aiyuk is the immediate beneficiary. Could be Pettis for a short term gain.

Re: Deebo Samuel Broken Foot
A Jones fracture is a fracture of the proximal 5th metatarsal. It's a very specific injury. Unless Rapoport's reporting that it's a Jones fracture is incorrect, we know exactly which bone he broke.

Not a doctor, but based on my general observation, they are usually associated with up and down play, and you don't normally see a player return to pre-injury form until the following season.

Agreed- Aiyuk will see an ADP bump that I think will probably push him beyond where he'd be a value even if Deebo was out for the year. Pettis, meanwhile, allegedly knows the offense and should have plenty of opportunity.ericanadian wrote: ↑Thu Jun 18, 2020 12:26 pmThey’re forecasting 3-4 months, so he’s almost a certainty for the PUP. 49ers could bring someone in. Their WR depth is shaky.
