His athleticism is average or below but his talent and vision is undeniable. Athleticism is not the end all be all requirement for RBs (see Arian Foster, Devonta Freeman, Mark Ingram). I agree that he doesn't look extremely good in any part of the game and that he is a really solid back BUT he is a REALLY solid back. I mean he never even fumbled in college, just shows to me that he really cares about the craft, etc and the coaches are definetely noticing.

What are you basing this on.....?
I think they know what they have in Ware, dependable, safe, un-inspiring. I see Hunt as the next E. Smith, R. Rice. A. Foster type of RB- people are sleeping on this dude!!
Those are some bold comparisons dmac, we'll see how it plays out for him.
yeah those are some bold comparisons, i could see maybe a frank gore type. Ray Rice was way more athletic.

He could in time be solid but don't think he is some super stud. He is not going to put up the numbers you will see from top 4 backs in this class. There is a reason they went where they did in the draft. Spencer Ware is a good back that Andy Reid likes, and he will always be getting those red zone looks.

Maybe I got a little overzealous with my comparisons but I think he may have that "it" factor that those other comparisons have. True natural instinct RB, lacking the long speed and shake n bake moves but getting the job done.

There were several instances in Week 2 where teams gave backups extended run with the 1st-team to see how they'd fare. Before we assume Hunt is going to supplant Ware, let's see what the carry distribution looks like in Week 3 when teams are treating it as the "dress rehearsal" for opening weekend. Hunt will clearly have a role, but I wouldn't want to have to define how substantial at this point.

In any case, it's clearly going to be a RBBC.

That was an uninformed pick. Serious reach.

Kareem hunt has some of the best balance in this class. Watch some of his college highlights. The tape doesn't lie

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gorJnGwGTok Watch the two runs between the 45 second and minute 1:20. And that was his sophomore year. Guy has great balance vision and hands. What else does he need to be succesful

I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Not a homer pick. Definitely uninformed. I've been shaking my head ever since. You don't need to be that informed even to know Fournette >>>>>>> Hunt.

once t richardson was >>>>>>>>>>>>>>anyone else in the draft. how'd that work out. same with dmac. doesn't always work out that way.

some guy picked howard at #3 last season, everyone was like what the? that worked out pretty well.

you never know these things.

Lots of people picked DJ in the first, over guys like DGB, Agholor, Dorsett, Duke and Perriman and others laughed at that notion...

I'm OTC at 1.06 for team 1 in sig and I'm debating pulling the trigger over MWill. I already took LF & Mixon @ 1.01 and 1.03
