I think Houston is one of the premier landing spots for the rookie RBs in this draft.

Unless HOU trades for Duke Johnson lol. It's either a sell window or buy window depending on what you think happens.

I'd feel a lot more Foreman love (more than I already do) if Houston hadn't been one of the rumored landing spots for Duke. Letting Blue go makes it seem like maybe Duke will be there soon.

If you could get a 1st or 2nd for Foreman, I would sell him in a heartbeat.
If it is a 3rd or worse; that is complete dart throw territory anyhow - so up to you.

I doubt that Foreman ever amounts to much for fantasy.

Eh, I don’t see Alfred Blue (who was already a FA) signing with another team as helping Foreman at all.

Foreman owners need to fear the draft first & foremost, followed then by the possibility of keeping Miller around, followed then by Ajayi or Yeldon coming in.

The Texans actually like L. Miller. As Houston's line improved and with solid QB play Miller had a solid campaign last year. His YPC increased by close to a full yard. Miller is really more of a 210-230 type carry back so Foreman should get plenty of chances to prove his worth this season.

I am concerned with the Draft as a Miller and Foreman owner in a league but this season, Miller's job as a starter looks pretty safe. Don't think Yeldon or Ajayi offer much to this team.

They need a TE and O line help so think they focus there in the draft first but if they really like a Jacob's or Sanders type they could go that direction in the first few rounds.

I am most concerned about the draft from a long term perspective.

I think Miller won't be the mong term solution, in fact, I think this is likely his last year there (especially if a rookie or Foreman prove to be a reliable, productive, cheaper option).

My hope is that they don't draft an early RB (1st 3 rounds), and Foreman gets a solid chance to prove himself.
Dynasty League (25 man rosters + 2 IR, non-PPR scoring. QB/3RB/3WR/2TE/K/DB/LB/DL no flex)

QB (1): Herbert, Lawrence, Darnold
RB (3): N. Chubb, D. Henry, J. Taylor, JK Dobbins, Pollard, Singletary, L. Murray
WR (3): D. Hopkins, D. Adams, M. Evans, D.J. Moore, DJ Chark, B. Aiyuk, J. Smith-Schuster, R Bateman, E. Moore
TE (2): I. Smith Jr, H. Henry, Schultz, Tremble

K (1): M. Crosby

DB (1): J. Adams
LB (1): F. Warner
DL (1): D. Lawrence

PS: I often don't revisit a thread after posting. Send me a message if you ever want further thoughts on a comment I made.

If you're really concerned about the "mong term" perspective... you better hope Foreman shows enough this year to sell him for value. I do think he will... and I think he'll get a chance with some starts this year assuming his legs are truly back.

2020 though? There are legitimately 8 RB's coming next year that could all be special RB1's.

That's the draft to worry about, regarding all of our also-ran 2019 RB2's.

I am not concerned about the draft because as everyone has told me this class is pretty crappy. Foreman would arguably be RB1 in this class. I am worried about the history of careers that have never recovered from an achilles tear.

Is sending the 1.12 for Miller considered cheap or is that an over pay?

IDK but I flipped a pre SF Tevin Coleman copy for Miller as part of a bigger deal and feel ok about it.

I feel like Miller is falling under the radar as someone likely to get a 60% opportunity share in an elite offense
