Yeah, he'll be the starter to start the year. As long as he doesn't struggle, he will keep it. If he does, I think he will have a short leash.

I agree if he's terrible he will get pulled, but I don't think Reid is even looking to the bench unless its absolutely neccessary. I think many assume this is some tryout for a starter spot. I think he is a locked in starter, will put up top 5 numbers, and is being treated by many as a Flex/RB2. Or at least that's how he was perceived. People are starting to reevaluate now and give themselves wiggle room to still say they were right.

That's actually from a June 8th press conference. But it sounds like Andy Reid thinks that Damien has earned the right to be the man and that they are going to challenge him with that task.

I'd argue that ceiling, but it's certainly within the range of outcomes.

Yeah I have no issues trading him for Kyler Murray or Jacobs straight up because of situation. I would get on board with Harry as well, but outside of that I don't think I could do a 1 for 1 for him.

I find myself pulling more towards situation/coaching/opportunity every season.

Anyone think D. Thompson can carve out a pass-catching / change-of-pace role on this team? I know D. Williams excels as a pass-catcher, but perhaps they spell him with Thompson. I think a lot of people project Thompson into a Cohen-esque role (optimistically), is there any chance he'd be next in line if he continues to show well this off-season?
