There are people on this forum who wold tell you to take that for Barkley. It's certainly not the craziest Barkley offer I've seen.

Earlier this year an owner sent me a bunch of offers to sell me AJG, even though I'm not competing this year and told him multiple times I have no interest in AJG. Including such doozies as Sutton + Deebo + DJ Moore for AJG and Cooks + Boyd for AJG + Jalen Richard. This was prior to the injury in fairness, so his value was higher then but it wasn't THAT high. He eventually did manage to sell AJG to a contender for ARob + Marvin Jones + late 2020 3rd.

Now that same owner is trying to sell Ingram. He has offered me, in order:

(1) Ingram for Kupp
(2) Ingram for Kirk + early-mid 2nd
(3) Ingram for Deebo + early-mid 1st
(4) Ingram for Cooks + early-mid 2nd

I told him after each of these that I don't want Ingram (and the value is also terrible), but they just keep coming.

What's wrong with that? I would take it, you have plenty of time to acquire more 1's in the years down the road.

What's wrong with that? I would take it, you have plenty of time to acquire more 1's in the years down the road.

That's 6 firsts in value. It's a lot. However it gives someone the power to hit accept and have Barkley, so expect it to be steep. How many offers do you get receiving Barkley? I would expect it to be this high.

Oh yeah that offer would have been within reason if I hadn't already told him I didn't want Ingram. It's more the pattern than any one trade offer (although some of those are pretty egregious).

The way I look at it is it's Lockett, Boyd and a 1 to upgrade from Jacobs to Barkley, which is easily worth it. The other 1st round picks are multiple years out and don't carry a ton of value at the moment and are relatively easily replaced.

I own Barkley in 2 of my 3 leagues, and that's a silly offer. It be a snap accept for me if someone sent me that haul, including Jacobs and Lockett and three 1sts, from an owner who has likely gutted his team and is one injury away from a top 3 pick.
