Had a few this offseason:

1. Give Gurley, Evans; get 1.1, 1.5, Sanu (wouldn't give Gurley or Evans alone for that package, let alone both...gross)
2. Give T. Hill, get 1.9 (love this one, the guy traded 1.9 for Josh Rosen about 10 minutes after I rejected it)
3. Give Hopkins, OBJ, get Juju (D-Hop possibly the #1 asset in the game, not sure why I add OBJ to drop from that to a mid WR1).
4. And my all time favorite...Of course, Arians compares Chris Godwin to Larry Fitz so somebody just has to offer...
Give Chris Godwin, get (drum roll please) pick 3.2. SMFH.

I've given up trying to figure out what people are thinking.

Was that before or after the news broke about the investigation into child abuse? If it was after, TBH I'd probably take it.

TE: Hockenson, F Monroe, Juwan, Musgrave

picks-
2024- 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,4,5,5

Woke up this morning to:

My - Zach Ertz
His - 2.3 Rookie pick

so, naturally I countered:
My - 2.2 Rookie pick
His - OJ Howard

I'm fake surprised he hasn't accepted yet.

Fun exchange this weekend (could make a movie starring Matthew McConnaughey and Kate Hudson - how to lose a trade partner in 10 minutes):

New owner (never dealt with this guy before) offers a 4th round pick for J. Howard. Instant reject.
Sends me a GroupMe DM: "Hey, bro, I really want Howard, got a counter for me?"

I send a counter of Howard for pick 2.3 and 2.7. Rejected with a comment "I really don't want to give up 2 2nd's in this draft for Howard."

Later, same owner offers N. Hines and J. Graham for A. Miller, D. Hamilton, and an early 3rd rd pick
I reject, comment "I don't see any common ground here".
He sends me a Groupme DM: "Hey, bro, that was just a feeler, negotiate with me. I want those players."
I respond: "Send a legit starting point and we can talk. By the way, I don't think you fully understand what a 'feeler' is"
Him: "Ok, bro, I'll send one right now."

Proceeds to offer....drumroll please....N. Hines and J. Doyle for A. Miller, D. Hamilton, and an early 3rd. :wall:
Instant reject.

Groupme DM: "Hey, bro, how was that? Closer?"
Me: No.
Groupme DM: "Hey, bro, you interested in Melvin Gordon?"
Me: No.

As a side note, what is this "bro" bullshit?

Anyone else just scrolling through to see if any of your offers are on here?

What's a lot more fun is to scroll through the first pages of this thread, or last year's version, and see which offers in hindsight should have actually been accepted

12 Team PPR

This is maybe not horrible to most, but it is to me, this owner has offered many of these lopsided trades to me this offseason, out of the clear blue.

I give: Nick Chubb, Cooper Kupp, Mike Williams, 1.03
I receive: Michael Thomas, James White, Jimmy Graham

What makes it worse is I have a super young team in this league and don’t know why he would think I would trade away 3 young players, all whom have a lot of potential, plus pick 1.03? Basically for just Michael Thomas.
