2019 Off-Season Trade Thread

Drew Brees for Vance McDonald in a Superflex league? Apparently I need to send some offers to the Brees owners in my leagues lol

It makes my overall starting lineup better, as I had Jesse James slotted in as my second TE starter before the move.
That said, I also want to get out before Brees inevitably falls off the cliff which is probably any week now.
If you want to buy Brees, buy all means you can go for it - I was in a situation where it made sense for me though; I've been shopping him for a couple months and even had people refusing to give up a mid-to-late 2nd for him.

Since it's a SF where you MUST start 2 TE, I can only imagine the non-standard, league-specific, valuations and trades.

I hope you have a 3rd QB (as there is definitely a chance Winston isn't the starter at some point next season), and McDonald hasn't been the bastion of health throughout his career. It might work out, good luck my dude.

I have Winston in all three of my leagues, so I'm sure you can guess where I stand on him.

Fair enough, but I'd still rather have 3QBs in a superflex for bye weeks and insurance in case of an injury.

An injury certainly could screw me; I try not to invest too much in a 'bye week' cover. I am more concerned about getting to the playoffs and then what my playoff lineup looks like, personally.

But for what it's worth - I agree, I would rather have 3 QBs. I will again at some point, just not right now.

Yeah exactly - the rookie draft is underway right now; Murray went 1.01 & Hock went 1.02 (Fant went 1.07), so both QBs and TEs are valued quite highly.
