He's not really new but he was determined to move Guice. After unsuccessfully asking for owners 2020 firsts, he came up with this offer. The 2nd round pick should be 2.01 or close to it. Here's hoping he is healthy this year.

A lot of people are bailing on Guice. If you think Diontae is going to win over the WR2 role in PIT I could see this trade making sense for both parties. I was a major Guice fan last season... but I knew it would probably be tough sledding this season with a rookie QB for a RB with primarily a 2 down skillset... then they drafted Bryce Love in the 4th this season, which I believe is going to cap his ceiling next year as well

I’ve had the best record both of our first two seasons and been the highest and second highest scoring team but haven’t won the championship yet, runner-up last season, trying to make some moves to get over the top. Through some trades, picked up the 1.08 and 1.10, anyway, made this deal today and still have the 1.10 to take BPA or D.Henderson, since I own Gurley.

OTC with 1.10 I didn't like my options. Traded it straight up for a random 2020 1st, likely late.

I then traded into the draft at 2.03 with a deal I'm still unsure about, but that probably means it's fairly balanced.

Received: 2.03 (used to draft Haskins) and N'Keal Harry.

Our league is transitioning to Superflex and with just Wentz and Allen, I needed to make a move. Haskins value was decent there. Harry would've been my 1.01, so essentially I see it as 1.01 and a mid-late 1st for Cooks.

Lots to unpack here. On their own, like the 2nd trade more than the first. Getting a young QB at 2.3 in a superflex is great, though Cooks seems to be perennially undervalued. I'm not a fan of dealing 1.1 for a random 2020 1st alone. Really should have gotten stuff added here.

That said, if I'm doing my math right, the end result was Cooks for Haskins and a 2020 1st, which is much better.
