I really don't buy that he is retiring over a helmet... he would have to give back a ton of money and lose out on his remaining $30 million guarantee. Plus, his ego won't allow him to walk away without proving he is great without Big Ben.

Not at all

Supremely talented WR value is down. Panicking owner could sell for far low, and this is just Brown being a Diva and will be ready by week 1 and play well in game and just score 3ppg less on average than he did with Pittsburgh and finish WR5-8 rather than 1-3.

My leagues they seem to still want multiple firsts for AB so I'm passing at that price point. But it all depends on the price.

Plenty of owners bought Tyreek Hill for cheap when the sky was falling and they're all sitting pretty right now.

You almost had me believing you could predict the future just now. I'm an advocate of buying him myself, but am far less confident in the things you've stated and think it's far from a certainty.

Is it really just him being a diva? From what I've read he wants to use a 10 yr old helmet to the point of sneaking one on the field a couple times. It starting to sound like he may have taken one too many hits to the head.

As for Tyreek yeah those owners are sitting pretty now; but, he's got 2 incidents in his past. If I were an owner I'd be selling high now that his value has come back.

Let's pretend I'm a panicked AB owner (spoiler I am) what is the minimum offer I should entertain.
On a scale of 1-10 how likely is he to suit up week 1, 1 being no, 10 being a lock?

AB is more likely to give you substantially more value than what you get for him.

Only way I am selling him is in a guy job rebuild. He'll be there week one.

There's definitely more risk. What I stated there, back week 1 and a top 10 wr lock just not a top 3 anymore, is best case scenario. I think that case has an 80% chance tho. So long as the risk of that 20% happening and this all being the explosion it could be (AB doesn't play without his damn helmet, or the team is so dysfunctional he's a low wr2) is worked into the cost and preferably the cost scales with that 20 like a 50/50 he's worth a buy now before he gets his bleep together.

Derrick Carr is not the best qb out there. I would think he needs chemistry with Brown for him to make an impact like we expect from Antonio.

Juuuuuuust in case anyone actually thought the resolution to this episode of as AB turns was in the NFL just letting him wear his old helmet, the arbitrator ruled against him.

So either AB plays with a new helmet, or AB doesn't play.
