His floor is so high, he's the best possible option at WR, and it's not close right now IMO. He's done nothing but produce since he entered the league. So much volatility, in the league, but MT is just steady as can be.
I wasn't high on him in that draft. Not sure why, but I thought he was more a long speed deep threat and wouldn't be able to do much in the short and mid range game. Might be from what I remember seeing at Ohio State.

I was very wrong.

Fortunately I have been able to trade for him in a couple leagues. Was able to give AJ Green plus a first to get him in his second season in one league.
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.

Admitting one is wrong and being willing to pay up to get a player we were once 'against' are key facets of being a successful dynasty owner. Well done!

haha

Cooper's first 16 games with Dallas: 98 catches; 1,408 yards; and 12 touchdowns.
Take out his one injured game against the Jets and he is in the conversation as the top WR in fantasy and in the NFL.

Just sayin! :wtf:

Yewwww, I'm just happy for Cooper, seems like a stand up guy and it's great to see him succeed and get the looks he deserves.

Thomas is prolonging Brees career just like Odell was extending Eli's career. Obviously Brees is better than Eli, but Thomas is such an easy WR to throw to, because he's always open, runs great routes, and arguably has the best hands in football.

Just the clear cut best WR in the game right now.

Michael Thomas already passed Jarvis Landry (400) for most receptions in first 4 seasons - 415 and counting. But has now set a different record being first WR to have 4 straight 90+ reception seasons. Plus first WR to reach 90 receptions in 10 games, ever.

I went into this year thinking the catch rate (% of targets caught)was unsustainable. And it turns out it didn’t matter if it was Brees or Bridge throwing to him. Truly an amazing start to a career.

He is an amazement no doubt. Thomas is ending all arguments as to who is the best WR in the game these days.

Maybe the best fantasy WR in the game, but I don't think he's head and shoulders the best WR in the NFL.

Maybe maybe not but the title of the tread is Dynasty Asset which relates to fantasy football.

Lots of Great WR's in the NFL and Thomas is easily in that conversation as NFL records fall. He is marching towards HOF consideration someday if he continues.

The Saints obviously think he is special given he was the first non QB offensive player to sign a 100 million plus contract.

He's on pace to beat Marvin Harrison's 143 season by 7 receptions, on 24 less targets. Marvin Harrison's 70% catch rate was considered Elite. Thomas is on pace for 83%. I would say he head and shoulders above the competition.

Yeah - Michael Thomas is the #1 dynasty asset.
I say this as someone who traded him away in the off-season.

I drafted him as a rookie, then after his rookie season, 3 weeks into his sophomore season i trade him for Diggs, Mack, Marshawn Lynch, and Sterling Shepard. At the time this looked like an overpay. Today i regret this.
