Matt Breida: To the Fins

Price check on Matt Breida...

Does he further establish himself as the RB to own in San Fran, or is he just a short-term placeholder?

In other words...are we buying at current cost, or selling?

I can get him and Ross for Drake and Agholor but I'm hesitant. Don't want to sell Drake so low and am hopeful he'll rise back up especially as Gore wears down (right?).....the stats about Beathard checking down to rbs more than anyone else is intriguing.

Only 2 weeks I know... but NFL rushing leader so far... leader in YPC (8.1) among qualified backs... and even if you take away the 66-yard TD he's still at 5.6 YPC... only 4 other backs have 5.0+ YPC even with their longest runs kept in... keep sleeping people...

Under no circumstance sell for anything less than Barkley and 2 1sts!

Whoa, I wasn't expecting anyone to actually ask me to put my money where my mouth is, I'm just your average "hype a player without any actual consequence" guy lol.

It's hard to say. Agholor > Ross so it's a matter of if you think Breida > Drake. I think he is, but probably not enough to offset the Agholor-Ross difference. If you were competing this year I'd say yes do it, but based on your roster it doesn't look like you are. Drake probably has the higher upside but obviously carries some risk right now. I do think Breida is talented reagrdless, so if you don't think Drake will bounce back enough to be effective, then sure. Maybe try and make it a Breida for Drake trade straight-up, idk.

Oh I know it I used to be that team. Three years ago I had Luck, DJ, Miller, AB,OBJ, Marshall, Olsen. Hardly ever lost. Now, because of injuries since, that team is mostly different and rapidly approaching rebuild.

This dude I’m talking about starts Wentz, Barkley, Kamara, DJ, Hopkins, Diggs, Ertz. So ya, we see screwed. He’s traded away Melvin, JuJu, Hunt, Ingram, Ebron, Cooper....
