Dodged Bullet / Got Screwed Thread

I'll start this out .... I got very lucky as all my vulnerable rostered players seem to be safe heading into training camp:

K Drake ... I don't see Ballage supplanting him
D Foreman ... injury still sucks but HOU must have some confidence in his recovery
C Keenum ... he's not a long-term part of my planning but now I maybe have him for 2 years as back-up
M Lee ... not sexy but still #1 option
Rico ... the dream is still alive

Let the celebrating or misery commence!

Alex Collins survives
Not counting my chickens on Mack or Drake just yet...CJA and DeMarco still out there in FA.

Not gonna lie, I was nervous on day 2 as an Ajayi and Collins owner. Ajayi looks locked in as the lead dog in a high-octane committe, and Collins SEEMS to be the guy in Baltimore.

Demarco Murray and CJA absolutely make me nervous for Collins tho.

Very happy that Ajayi had no added competition and there were no additional surprises for McKinnon.

Perine hopes are gone but I'm hoping to move him to the Guice owner for Clement.

Marlon Mack: The message is the Colts may believe in Mack.

Marshawn Lynch: No young blood in the mix.

Carlos Hyde: value is on its way down.

Mohamed Sanu: Think he took a hit.

Samaje Perine: Big bite out of that apple.

Agree long term. Short term, rookies WR take longer to develop and with Turbo Taylor Gabriel out of the equation, I see Sanu as no loss or gain. Spot on for the others, though.

I hope its Mack. If Christine Michael becomes a thing again...

I sold Hyde and the 1.12 for Kelce earlier this offseason. That’s looking like even more of a steal now

I don’t get people saying “Howard is safe”, He’s been the only bright spot on Chicago offense last two years. He’s got job security and a half

Drake and Collins and Mac being safe (for now) really surprised me

Dolphins not drafting a QB means tannenhill is still a 2QB option for dirt cheap

Washington to Pittsburg was disappointing as a juju owner

Screwed:

Blount- didn't really have high hopes, but I grabbed him as a toss in in a few of my deals in case they didn't draft anyone. I'll probably still hold on, but he'll be easier to cut for a FA now.

Trent Taylor- SF took a lot of slot type receivers. I'm still a believer in his talent so I won't dump anytime soon, but his value has dampened for now.

I own both Drake and Foreman, but I see Ballage getting a shot if Drake ends up out even for one game. People get swept out from under the rug before so I'm hoping for a full healthy season out of Drake.

Maybe not as big, but M. Gordon. There was talk of them bringing in someone stronger as a back-up that could spell him a bit more, and they didnt take anyone till the 7th.

Very underrated point. I expected a draftee at least by the 5th, and probably somewhere around the 3rd. Wonder if the draft got away from them like it seems the Boys at WR/RB.

I don't like this draft at all. Traded out of 1st, got Mixon. Trying to trade out of 2nd round now.

Dodged a bullet with Ajayi and Collins. Then I traded Ajayi.

Got screwed with Hyde.
