Martavis Bryant to the Raiders

Schefter: Oakland picked up an additional 3rd and 5th from the Cardinals when they moved up for Josh Rosen. Now Raiders trading a third-round pick for Martavis Bryant.

I think it is good for Oakland if Bryant can learn to improve his routes from Jordy & Amari.
Put Jordy in the slot, Bryant as the deep threat and Amari as the chain mover - I wont complain!

Not really for me - reason Bryant wanted out was because Juju had already passed him ...

Don't mind the destination at all. Jordy is on the final stretch of his career and martavis can emerge as a legit #2 with a young growing qb. Big Ben is on his last legs and martavis was getting buried in Pittsburgh and he wanted out. Martavis has shown what he can do before. A new change of scenery could work wonders.

Martavis was already an afterthought for the Steelers (and presumably fantasy owners). Doesn't change the value of either player.

Steelers fan here. Think it's good for Steelers and I think it's good for Bryant from fantasy standpoint. As was previously stated, Jordy is in twilight of his career; Martavis has been training with the guys in Vegas already so obviously feels comfortable there; we've already seen Cooper being questioned in the fantasy world (not saying he's not a stud); so is there really that much in the way of Martavis being solidly productive there? At the least, I'd argue his upside in Oakland over the next 3-4 years is certainly higher, while his floor remains about the same.

Interesting. I thought Gruden was cleaning house of all of the malcontents and now trades for Bryant?
As a Juju and Cooper owner I’m torn.
