Probably an optimal landing spot but I am not a believer. Always sell your UDFA WR's while you can. Just traded my last share for pick 25 this week.

I like this for him. Hope Chi lets him walk. Brees can spread the ball around, and is efficient, so despite multiple mouths to feed, it's one of the few offenses that can support it.

Cant get excited yet. If the Bears dont match then I will be excited. Even if he stays in Chicago I wont be disappointed. I was a little worried when Baltimore was a possible landing spot.

NO would be an ideal landing spot, whether you are holding or looking to unload him. CHI is not worst case scenario by any means either, but I don't think he is a guy you should be relying on for production as anything more than maybe a FLEX.

I was very 'meh' on Meredith until I watched film of him; he runs some really good routs (reminds me of Devante Adam's route running). Of course I bought him pre-injury last offseason.
I am not sure that Trubiski is the guy that could take advantage of his route running but Brees sure can. I really hope the Bears don't match but I imagine they will since they shouldn't put their eggs in the Kevin White basket again. They were just trying to keep Meredith on a cheap deal if they could by placing the original round tender on him.
