I'm a big KA fan, but Rivers potentially leaving has me pretty concerned about any weapons in that offense. It's close with Ridley and would probably depend on roster construction for me.

Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
If anything, Rivers leaving would be bad for a deep threat like Williams or possibly Henry (if he returns to the team). Allen is used in a more diverse way than any of them, so he can still be leaned on heavily even with a rookie.dynastyninja wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2020 9:00 am I'm a big KA fan, but Rivers potentially leaving has me pretty concerned about any weapons in that offense. Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
I disagree on Henry, even notwithstanding the fact he could leave LAC. TE's with good hands are a Rookie QB's best friend... especially in this offense, which features so many playmakers capable of stressing the defense vertically (KA / Williams) and horizontally (the RB's)Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 4:47 pm If anything, Rivers leaving would be bad for a deep threat like Williams or possibly Henry (if he returns to the team). There's a good reason Rivers was always looking at him - when this offense is clicking, there are a LOT of pieces to cover.

His skillset shouldn't be extremely prone to age regression either, because he wins with precise route running, not overwhelming athletiscm.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 4:47 pmIf anything, Rivers leaving would be bad for a deep threat like Williams or possibly Henry (if he returns to the team). Are you saying this thread has gone off the rails?

It's the off-season, so it could definitely be worse!
Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
There was a recent article, that I thought I saw, that had Ridley & Jones as one of the top 5 WR duos in the NFL, but cannot seem to find it at the moment.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
Appears I made a huge mistake trading him. Oh well, wide receiver production is still the easiest thing in fantasy to replace right now.

Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
Red zone looks have been better than expected. The guy can get open. Great sign.

Re: Sell me on Calvin Ridley
Well doesn't seem to be a need for anyone to sell OP on Ridley, Ridley is doing that himself, I was definitely not a huge Ridley fan so I'm here to eat crow.
