Best moves
Traded Hyde and Moncrief for Gurley
Traded Murray and Henry for Fournette
Traded a 3rd for Wentz all before the season started.

Mid-season I traded Jordon Howard and Hunter Henry for Kamara.
Won the Championship

Decided to punt on the season after starting 2-4 and being 3rd lowest in points scored. RBs were weak and Dalvin Cook out for the year, WRs underperforming (looking at you Evans) and I thought 2018 was a loss so I saw it as both a chance to get the best dynasty player in the game and improve my draft pick to a solid RB to help out the next year(s)

Solid Keenan Allen, Mixon, late 1st I had acquired (ended up the 1.10), Gio, 4th
Got: OBJ (IR), 2nd, 3rd

Also sold Adam Thielen for a late 1st (ended up 1.8) since I was punting on the season and figured I'd have a top 4 draft pick as I held my own

Team someone turned it around despite missing some major pieces and I made playoffs with a 8-5 record; only to lose the first round.
Team 1- 10 team ppr, 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flx, 1D, 1K

QB: Lamar Jackson, Purdy

TE: Hockenson, F Monroe, Juwan, Musgrave

picks-
2024- 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,4,5,5
2025 1,1,1,2,3,4,5

team 2- 12 team SF, .5PPR, .5TE boost, 1QB, 1SF, 2 RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flex
2022: 8-1
Finishes: 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd :wall:

I had 3 pivotal moves that ended in me winning a championship (Team 1 in sig).

When OBJ went down:
Gave: OBJ, McCaffrey, Watkins
Received: Keenan, Fournette, Cooper

When Rodgers went down:
Gave: Rodgers and Martavis
Received: Stafford and Landry

Finally, a trade that I lose now but definitely sealed my ship:
Gave: Marvin Jones, Agholor, Ty Mont
Received: Fitz, Duke J

Now go trade back for Mccafrey! Lol great win now trade and not terrible long term!

In a 1Qb league i love this!

I agree, not the best future move but i like what you did to secure the ship!

Last year's live draft the 1.08 was on the clock and I really wanted to draft Njoku. Started negotiating with the owner of the pick, I offered my entire 2019 picks (4 rounds). He wanted me to throw in Gio and it was a deal. I threw in Gio, got the 1.08 and for some reason changed my mind about Njoku and drafted Kamara. Not really sure why I changed my mind on the spot but glad I did. Then traded Kamara after the season for ARob, Hilton and Montgomery.

So would you rather have kept Keenen/Thielen/Mixon and then used the 1st to maybe acquire an Ingram type of player later in the year to make a more legitimate run? Or are you happy with punting and getting OBJ?

this has to be the most "tyreek is a gadget player, sell while you can" move I have seen.

2 firsts separated the 2 top rookie WRs??? in most of my leagues regardless of scoring thomas and hill were neck and neck in fantasy points in 2016 (end of year obviously as hill wasnt a large factor early in his rookie year)

I think i have too many leagues, keep posting my best move per league, but seeing the above deal on the 1.08.

I gave 1.07 in a te premium league where Howard had already gone off the board (and I needed a te) where the other owner picked David njoku and 4.07 jalen Reeves maybin

Got 1.15 and 2.01 where i selected juju and kamara

Good: Traded D Thomas for Kamara before season in RB premium league. At time consensus was I lost out.

Bad:Drafted John Ross over Kamara and Hunt in another league.

I have a good one:

I was the defending champ, and leading my division.

My RB stable though consisted of David Johnson, LeSean, Bilal Powell, and Buck Allen.

With Woodhead coming back, I needed to make a move.

With Brees & Wentz both on my team, I made the following trade:

I gave: David Johnson, Wentz (pre-ACL tear), 2018 2nd.
I got: Leveon, Matt Ryan, James Conner, 2018 4th.

Brees, Leveon, LeSean, Fitzgerald, Woods, Golden Tate, Sheppard, Vernon got me to the promised land & won me another championship.

The other owner scored too. He was in play for the 1.1 pick. Lack of points from David Johnson & Wentz sealed it for him.
