The Cardinals have a horrible history trying to fill the position in the draft. Look for them to pursue Cousins.

I think that makes the most sense - I dont think their draft spot is friendly enough to acquire a top level QB in the draft - so either they'd have to move up - and likely pay a lot in the process since most teams would know they're hurting bad now - or via FA (I think via trade would be just as expensive - hence why Elway was so reluctant to pony up).

Seems like the time to go full rebuild. Arians is out. Palmer is out. Fitz is undecided. Boone is an FA. They were the fourth best team in their division by the end of the season and even with DJ coming back, I'm not sure they can be competitive, so why not just bite the bullet?

I think Tyrod Taylor would be a great fit in AZ if he becomes available. I think he and DJ back there would help both their production.

Buy Fitzgerald for one more year right now? I’m considering it.

Well that's a rather interesting one. I had thought the Vikings would keep Case and Teddy while letting Bradford go, but Cards (or someone else) offering decent draft picks for Ted I'd like as a Vikings fan

Case or Bradford plus draft someone in the 1st round is my guess.

I wouldn't assume Bortles is safe in JAX either...could easily be traded as the Jags picked up the option year.
Bradford is available and Cutler says he wants to play but I expect not behind Tannehill.

Alex Smith could be a wild card if the Chiefs are willing to roll the dice on Mahomes

NO still has to sign Brees as well correct?

Teddy's an FA, no? Don't see how Vikings will get any picks out of him other than maybe compensatory picks.

There are really two choices

- Go after a big name FA QB who has the potential to be the "guy" for years to come: Cousins, Tyrod, Dalton (doubtful with shitty Marv being re-signed), etc.
- Bring in a bridge QB (Smith, Cutler, etc) and take someone early...Rosen hypothetically should be drafted already, maybe there's a chance Mayfield is still there or you choose from Allen, Jackson or Rudolph.

For us 2QB/SF guys, if Brett Hundley played well in 2017 this type of scenario could have been his........ knowing the NFL, Osweiler, Glennon or Gabbert will be there in 2018
