Whoa...quick bail out. I get it but I would rather he rot on my roster. Hard to imagine with all the shoddy QB play in the NFL somebody won't give him a shot and try to fix him.

How many of y'all use conditional picks like this in your league? It was discussed in my home league briefly in the inaugural season a couple years back but was decided against. Just curious.

We allow conditional picks in our league. I actually really like them in some instances. IMO they're great for high-upside-with-low-floor types of players (Breshad Perriman being a perfect example).

I think you did well here. I've actually been thinking about packaging ARob with my 1st and seeing what it can get me but if Dez/Crowder/2nd is all it brings back I would definitely rather hold.

This is one of those trades where the value you got is almost guaranteed to appreciate. By next offseason ARob and the 1st will have a lot more value and I don't think most will even see this as close any more. Of course you lose some short term production in lieu of that, but I think the value gap will be so large by then it will be more than worth it. Neither Dez nor Crowder are guys I'd be particularly excited about starting right now anyway.

That was my thinking. Rankings can be so fickle though. When I acquired Dez Bryant, it was back in 2015 when he was ranked like 8th overall and I gave up David Johnson to get him straight up. Obviously, that cost me the Championship the next year. I have yet to finish higher than 2nd place with this team.
