Benny Cunningham is practicing again. He was supposed to be the 3rd down back but looks like Cohen has that role so the may use him on earlier downs.

I think the major spec adds were already covered with McGuire becoming part of the Jets committee. Darkwa will probably take over for the G-men at some point, but their line is atrocious so expectations should be low.

Maybe one more to add would be Austin Ekeler, who is making his mark on special teams. He finished the preseason strong, but is still the clear third back behind Gordon and Oliver. An injury to Gordon and his playing time increases substantially.

I'm souring on darkwa. Mcadoo hates running the ball and we've seen this darkwa story before.

I'm down to McGuire and/or Collins. I'll dump carroo (2 snaps last week ugh) for one. Might drop James Conner for the other.

I went with McGuire and Collins going into the weekend as well.

But I have to admit- Smallwood is still nagging at me, even though he has shown me nothing. I might spend some time looking over my roster or at deals to clear up another roster spot for him...

Everyone seems to think Conner will take over for Bell when he leaves next year (or gets injured this year). Would think you'd be able to trade him to the Bell owner.

I'm between McGuire and Collins. The shiny new McGuire has an edge on Collins for me...likely because he is unknown.

Does anyone think Corey Clement has a chance to make an impact?

A chance? Sure. But looks like Sproles is only one with clear role.

Clement has a chance only cause the Philly RB situation behind Sproles is an enigma wrapped in a puzzle.

In one league I grabbed all three of Collins, Smallwood and McGuire. Throwing darts.

Im loving this thread so far.

Uncovering RB'S from under a rock can make the difference come playoff time.

I grabbed Corey grant. He looked like a very nice COP to fournettes hammer.

Definitely hope we keep this thread going. I play nonppr and RB are gold and impossible to trade for its ridiculous

Darkwa - got his shot and came up with a bad back. Didn't that exact thing happen 2 years ago? Maybe it was a tailbone.
McGuire and Collins didn't do anything to lose work (I guess besides the McGuire fumble). I am holding those guys for at least another week.
Philly options just became a lot more interesting. I saw Smallwood and Blount dropped in several leagues last week (a couple by me, oops). Clement is also available in several leagues. I have no idea who the play is there, but it seems like there is definitely one.
