Corey Clement is available on waivers in my league. Is he worth adding for team in sig?

McGuire and Collins didn't do anything to lose work (I guess besides the McGuire fumble). I am holding those guys for at least another week.
Philly options just became a lot more interesting. I saw Smallwood and Blount dropped in several leagues last week (a couple by me, oops). Clement is also available in several leagues. I have no idea who the play is there, but it seems like there is definitely one.
Idk, last season Darkwa ended up on IR with a tibia fracture that he ended up having a metal plate inserted into in the offseason.

In one league I grabbed all three of Collins, Smallwood and McGuire. Throwing darts.
He made a good cut on his td run.

Man, I like Darkwa's talent, but it just never happens for the guy.

Corey Clement imo is worth a stash.

Alex Collins 82 yards on 9 carries. Most was in garbage time but any chance for a bigger role going forward?

Yes. Ginn for sure. Maybe even dorsett or Samuel (not a fan)

On to week 4:

I am still going after Collins, McGuire, Darkwa, Gallman, Smallwood, Clement, Breida. Breida's probably the only pure handcuff, but he looked pretty good when he was featured on a drive with Hyde out, and it is a goldmine of opportunity if Hyde does go down. All of those guys should be rostered in 12 team leagues, I think.

I don't know how I am ordering the Philly backs. All 3 of Blount/Clement/Smallwood are available in various leagues. I am thinking Smallwood should be the top priority because he is the most natural to assume Sproles' targets. What are your guys takes on this situation?

Other than Philly, I don't see any new situations where a starter might emerge. I was mainly thinking of guys who had an opportunity without needing an injury when I started this thread, but some injury lotto tickets that were mentioned or are worth keeping an eye on are:
Grant
Breida/Mostert (they split with Hyde out, with a lean toward Breida if I recall correctly)
Oliver and Ekeler for LAC
Kenyan Drake seemed to get more work than Damien Williams behind Ajayi
Malcolm Brown (I don't really know his health situation)
Matt Dayes

Who are you guys watching or adding this week?
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

You guys are wasting time on Collins and Clement, they are getting wayyyy too much move just because a tiny bit of opportunity IMO, they are sub-par talents for the NFL.

If you get them I would immediately flip at any chance you get!

Seems like we have hit a wall on the WW this week. I don't like many of the options I'm seeing out there.

This comment is Coogs talking just to talk. No offense intended Coogs but.... what I mean is it is all contingent on several league specific things, what size of league, roster size, starting requirements, specific team injury's that have already happened, etc. We aren't putting together a draft cheat sheet here. It is quite obvious that the players on waivers at this point in ANY dynasty league are not world beaters or future HOF's. There comes a time for every owner after you've played long enough that even guys like Collins, Clement, etc may have a role in fantasy line ups.

Flipping them would get your what exactly? No one is going to pay you what you probably need right now. A future 3rd or 4th round rookie pick? That sure in the heck isn't going to help ya much when it comes to your league wide rb scarcity problem... The point maybe Coogs is getting at is - just don't break the BB bank on trying to aquire these guys because their ceilings are limited because their situations aren't exactly clear paths to touches.
Truth is found through Evidence.

Science is the poetry of reality.

* Reality (as defined by Webster's dictionary) - A word for things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional ideal of them.

Same here. Don't see many younger guys left (I already have Clement and McGuire), looks like a better week for desperate dart throw vets.

And being in a rebuild, I'm passing on those guys.

I would make sure he isn't on waivers...it will be sooner before later he is given a chance to show what he can do.
Also backing McGuire...The Jets may be giving him a bigger role soon to see what they have
