SuperFlex Rookie QBs

Postby nabright » Sat May 13, 2017 8:50 am

I haven't seen any posts about this, so I figured I would create one. Where would you be putting the rookie QBs in your rookie rankings? I think I would start putting them behind what seems to be the consensus top 6. Davis, Fournette, McCaffrey, Mixon, Cook, and Williams.

I expect Watson, Mahomes, Trubisky and Kizer (in that order) to go between picks 7 and 13 in my superflex league. I think that's the right spot for them this year.
10 team SF .5ppr-QB,2RB,3WR,TE,Flex,SF,Def (30 spots)
QB: Allen, AR, Brissett
RB: Mixon,Barkley,Rhamondre,Foreman
WR: Deebo,Adams,Jeudy, Devonta,Nuk

There was a thread or two about this if you want to search for it (I'm too lazy on my phone). In my league though they went:

Watson - 1.07
Mahomes - 1.12
Trubisky - 2.08
Kizer - 2.12

I was the one taking Mahomes, and was shocked Trubisky went that low and was trying to trade in but failed. I feel like he should have been around 2.03ish.

16 team 2 QB league I took Mitch at 1.09. Watson went 1.06. Mahomes 1.14 I think and Kizor 2.01.

Our draft isn't until June but I'm getting the impression that no QB will go until mid-2nd in my 10 tm superflex. I have 2.9, 2.10, and 3.1 and think I can get at least one of the top 3 and I'm hoping to snag two (trubisky and Mahomes)
My belief of where they should go is Trubisky 1.7 - 1.9. Mahomes late 1st - early 2nd. Watson early to mid 2nd. Kizer late 2nd - early 3rd. Don't lIke Watson at all but understand why ppl like his situation
The Vaders 10-team .5PPR QB/RB/WR/WR/TE/Superflex/Flex/Flex
QB - C.Wentz, A. Luck
RB - S. Michel, N. Chubb, R. Jones, D.Murray, S.Ware, B.Powell, Du.Johnson
WR - D.Hopkins, S.Watkins, A.Cooper, M.Lee, D. Parker
TE - Z.Ertz, J. Reed

Saskatchewan Roughriders 16-team .5PPR QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/FLEX/FLEX/FLEX/DEF/K Orphan 2016
QB - Mitchell Trubisky
RB - L.Fournette, Brian Hill
WR - M.Thomas, J.Doctson, Corey Davis, L.Treadwell, J.Crowder, M.Lee, Zay Jones
TE - Z.Ertz
2018 picks 1,1,2,3

Behind the top 6, but in some leagues they will go top 5 or even top 3.

Superflex PPR (Devy so a lot of studs gone) no other premiums:

Watson already gone

1.6 Mahomes
1.12 Trubisky
2.01 Kizer

Superflex PPR with RB PPC/TE PPR Premiums

1.10 Mahomes
2.01 Watson
2.03 Trubisky
2.08 Kizer

And just for fun in my tripleflex league:

1.02 Watson
1.05 Trubisky
1.10 Mahomes
1.11 Kizer

After the top 6 I think any QB could go depending on how desperate the team is, but I think there's a good chance you see 9-10 picks before a QB comes off.

1.11 - Mahomes
1.12 - Trubisky
1.15 - Kizer
2.10 - Dobbs

I recently took Mahomes at 1.07 in a superflex rookie draft, but I would take him as early as 1.04 after Davis, McCaffrey, and Fournette. I would take Watson at 1.10 after the top 6, Howard, and Ross. I wouldn't take Trubisky or Kizer until the mid to late 2nd round.

I am kind of with you on Mahomes. We will have to wait for him, but with Andy Reid coaching him and his talent, I think he has the highest upside of all the QBs in the draft.

In our 12 team superflex the Qb's went:

Watson 1.11
Mahomes 2.05
Trubisky 2.09
Kizer 2.10

Think trubisky went way later than he should have, but couldn't trade in to nab him.
