Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement
He will be an addict for life most likely, the only difference is he has been managing it much better than previous yrs (hopefully) if anything it's good to see him get on the front foot by acknowledging he is at a stressful place and seeking extra counseling. If we start hearing nothing but good things like he's completely healed "praise the Lord" then we should worry because it may mean he's hiding it.
That's just my opinion though, in Josh Gordons case I like to think of it like a child in the house, if it's quiet that's when you worry haha

Getting Cooks is a steal in this case, IMO.

Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement
IDK, Watkins has as much chance of being relevant as Gordon IMO. Gordon is riding the coat tails of a season from 5 years ago and has done little else since then. What is the probability of him being FF relevant in a dynasty setting, really? The guy missed football for about 3 years in the middle of all of this, and now just when he's supposed to be all good to go, he pulls out on his team before training camp. I think the guy is the biggest tease of all time in FF. Do you think he ever plays a full season again? He since hasn't since 2012, and has played a grand total of 10 games since the start of 2014. Not sure why a guy cashing out for Watkins is a bad thing, I am low on Watkins, and don't dislike the move.

We will see. If Gordon plays, he will outscore Watkins, easily. And Donta Foreman isn't chopped liver either, unlike Prosise.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 12:38 amIDK, Watkins has as much chance of being relevant as Gordon IMO. Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement
Well this ain't 1998. Just ask Manti Teo, Demaryius Thomas and Terrell Suggs. Yes, none of those guys are RBs, but Foreman is really young and young bodies heal better than old ones. I don't expect much in 2018... don't write him off for 2019 and beyond.
Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement
Got this Offer to sell - Gordon + 2020 3rd round for My 2019 1st (sold it earlier for the 1.10 this year). I'd hope my first is late next year (1.12 this time around), but it's an undersell by ADP. I feel like I can carry the risk into the season - if he starts and plays well I feel like I can get more, but if he's gone, I feel like I can absorb the risk and be happy cutting him. I'd miss the first for sure, but I'm quite happy with my team, and like the possible upside he could bring.
Am I crazy????

Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement
Even with him being open about it, it makes you wonder how good of a player he will be having to deal with these demons?
Also nuts that it's been 5 freakin' years since this guy was relevant.
